Whether your drink of choice is a double shot of espresso, cold brew, or an iced chai latte, you can trust that it's going to be absolutely delicious. The staff is knowledgeable in their craft and very personable. Its a place where I always feel welcomed. Make sure to grab a delicious breakfast sandwich from Goodfriend Package located in the same place! Sam's the man!
A shot of espresso, a pour over, and a sparkling water to cleanse the palette. Probably the smoothest, most delicious shot of espresso I’ve ever had. The typically bitter bite that comes in most shots wasn’t there. It was smooth but still had a little tinge or bite at the end of the shot.Expertly crafted Kalita Wave-based pour over was excellent, smooth, lightly sweet and fruity. I got the Ethiopian and would buy a bag of beans if I didn’t have more coffee than I could drink in a reasonable amount of time at the house already. One of my favorite pour overs in Dallas.Great, friendly staff. One gentleman offered the sparkling water free of charge.
Amazing coffee, eat the local honey cappuccino! Staff was amazing and couldn’t be more friendly. Atmosphere is welcoming, just pulling you in and making you want to enjoy every drink.
As a coffee lover I can't think of better way to spend a chilly Saturday morning other than sipping fine coffee sitting outside on a picnic bench. This is great place to be, they have coffee and coffee beans. We always end up buying a bag or two of their fresh roasted coffee beans. This time my husband went in three times to pick coffee beans because his friends wanted some to try.A different vendor offers breakfast sandwiches under the same roof which in my opinion a very clever concept.They get very busy so try to go early if you can.
Terrible. It was my first time here and I was not sure what I wanted to order and had some questions. Pretty sure it pained this guy to do his job because every question I asked him seemed to bother him. Him seeming annoyed with me stressed me out (sorry that you’re having to do you’re JOB?) so I just ordered whatever. Forgot to ask for a different milk as I’m lactose and forgot to ask for it to be iced but he also didn’t ask me if I wanted it iced, Bc bare minimum is just too much for this guy. When I said that I meant to order it iced the guy rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed with me so I just took it and left. Bad customer service, so disappointing.
Love the atmosphere & the cashier was super friendly. It was our first time trying & we will definitely be coming back. I order the honey latte with oat milk & it was delicious!
Possibly my favorite coffee ever, the drinks are so consistently amazing.
The Local Oat Latte is truly the best I’ve had ???! Highly recommend stopping in if you need a little extra boost!

My partner & I LOVE LOVE LOVE this coffee place. Our routine: roll out of bed, drive straight to Cultivar...order a pour over & oat milk latte. Then walk over to the breakfast counter and order 2 Veginators, 1 with bacon & 1 with sausage. By the time our drink is done & we’ve had a couple sips of coffee the food is promptly done. The service is fast and super chill. Don’t ever change the place up and keep serving excellent coffee. We love y’all
