Cuates Kitchen is amazing! It was my first time setting up a food truck for my company and they were helpful and patient when finalizing the event. They showed up early and didn’t leave until everyone was satisfied. Nothing but positive feedback from the employees. Their “Best Traditional Taco” award from the Observer holds true, these tacos were mouth water delicious and worth the wait. We will be booking this truck again! Thanks, Cuates Kitchen!

Cuates Kitchen is soooo good! Seriously the best barbacoa I’ve ever had. Can’t go wrong with any of their food, it’s all really fresh and delicious. If you’re looking to hire a truck for an event, I highly recommend them. Carlos is very personable and easy to work with!
If you are looking at this review because the food truck is nearby I 100% recommend. Pretty spicy just the way I like it. Cochinita Pibil taco was something I hadn't had before and boy is it tasty. As others have stated these tacos take you right back to Mexico, food does not lack flavor or heat. Really hope I'm lucky enough to cross paths with this truck again. Could not recommend enough.

We went to this place at cidercade and for one they were the best tacos I have ever had in my life and for two my girlfriend from Mexico City said they were the best she has had also and most authentic since she has been here, will definitely be going back.
