This is how my cookies were just delivered (store automatically goes through door dash). Person who answered phone said I had to drive the box over to show them if I wanted a refund!! I had them delivered because I didn’t want to drive over there! Someone else got on phone and said they will process refund after I offered to send this pic. You all need to drop door dash.
I appreciate this location. I had drove 30 minutes for some cookies. When I arrived they didn’t have any chocolate chip cookies. I asked the one at the register how long would it be for some fresh cookies she said an hour. I began to walk out and then I turned around said I’ll wait for them. I waited for an hour, and went back in and it said sold out. As I looked around the store there were plenty of chocolate chip cookies, but they began to tell me those were for door dash. I was super sad because I basically been waiting an hour and 30 minutes for some cookies just for them to tell me that I couldn’t get it them. They went and talk to a black lady and she told me I could get them. I had the biggest smile on my face. I appreciate her so much. I wish I could buy her lunch. When the register told me no, she said yes! Y’all be consistent because look how God turned my situation around.

Absolutely loved it here! The cookies were perfectly warm, soft, and chewy; they’re also a very nice size, so that makes the pricing reasonable. Delivery was fast and easy too. Worth every single penny! Did not disappoint!!
The customer service is always good and they get your order ready in a timely manner. One of the best cookies I’ve ever tasted and I like they have a variety to choose from and always coming up with new flavors making you come back for more.
The location was great. Even on a busy Saturday it was easy to get to. The staff was great, the stores atmosphere bright, clean and fun. The cookies were delicious. My 5 year old loved that you can actually watch them making the cookies. Great concept changing the cookie flavors every week.
The young folks at Crumbl tend to generally be pretty friendly. I have had a few moments where they have made it difficult for someone else to pick up an order for me since I work a lot. However, I understand they wanted to just make sure someone wasn't trying to steal my order. Just an advice to the app design, perhaps offering another person who can come in to pick up the order in case something happens last minute and the original buyer can't make it in. Just saying the products they offer is obviously cookies. Yes, they are always delicious. Great product. A bit on the pricey side for the concept of a cookie, however you get what you pay for.. most of the time. Meaning, lol don't expect to like cookies with flavors you don't generally like.
These cookies are amazing really and the cleanliness of this establishment is good BUT...I've only been to Crumble a few times and this was my first time at this specific location. The service was disappointing to say the least. When we came in, there was one single person ordering ahead of us, and 2 waiting for their order. As soon as the gentleman ahead of us moves aside to wait for his order , we come up to the counter and the young lady at the register began a conversation I assume was over some kind of phone, but she was talking into something for sure and it sounded like a customer. So we were waiting and of course she starts to give us these funny looks, while another girl who is dispatching the orders also starts to look at us like we don't belong there. Eventually she's done and has nothing to do so she just stands there, the other girl who was on the phone ends her call and walks away and doesn't even acknowledge us. I was really close to just walking out , but one of the male employees was nice enough to leave what he was doing to ask if we had been helped or not. It took way longer than it should have to get our order taken, I'd say about 10 minutes , we were barely even acknowledged, and when we were it was with a negative look. I also don't know if it matters but these ladies were Anglo[white] and I am of obvious Latino background. It made me uncomfortable, was disappointed because Crumbl has always had such a good customer service rep. But I don't intend to come back here. This is the closest to my house [30 min] but I much rather drive farther out for better service.
I've been wanting to go for some time now. Why didn't I go sooner, soo delicious. I thought I could eat 4, sadly 1 was fulfilling enough. Must go if you haven't. Buckeye brownie and hazelnut was my fav so far!!
I tried to take the picture before I started eating the cookies but I couldn't help it. Crumbl Cookies are so delicious. They change the cookies weekly and provide a huge variety each week. These cookies are not cheap but they are well worth the purchase.
