Cool concept, the ice creams are so loaded it made me stomach churn a little bit before I even ordered (from the images). So we got a standard strawberry ice cream, it was delicious. But it’s super expensive for just the simple liquid nitrogen concept. And it melts extremely fast (even being inside). They also stopped us on the way back and offered the pup some whip cream, so nice of them!
Yummy ice cream and lots of flavor combinations. A little pricey but for the experience, every once in a while its okay to splurge.
the best ice cream! the staff here is super friendly and watching the ice cream being made is super cool. definitely will be coming back to this spot!
First off, the ice cream itself was Great! That's the one star right there. For the price you pay, where is the ice cream? When we originally ordered 2 cones & 1 bowl, we were told 15 minutes. The bowl came first about 10 minutes in. We waited an additional 12 minute before I went to the counter to figure out the hold up.... "the waffle cone". Something that should take no more than 5 minutes was now on 20 minutes.During the wait you could see how eager the workers were to complete ordered while chatting away amongst themselves. One worker kept repeatedly pulling up his pants during the whole ice cream making process (if it falls that much, wear a belt, your making ice cream with gloves on while pulling up your pants, thats just gross).Upon receiving the ice creams, I realized the cones were burnt and the workers clearly DID NOT know how to do them as they were both half done.Inconclusion, remove cones as an option and change the photos on your menu. Its called false advertising, your end products looks nothing like the photos
Went here Saturday night for a late night sweet tooth. Fantastic service and delicious. Great experience with the nitrogen. Great potion size and Mike took care of us. Very friendly and will be back again!
This place is not well kept. I’ve visited twice recently and both times the back of house was a wreck, half of the menu wasn’t available. It’s run by very young kids who don’t seemTrained to handle the work load. There where at least 12 customers waiting. The floor was sticky and the entire place smelledSour. Need to really evaluate the hygiene of this place.
Don't be fooled by the "closes in one hour" note in Google! We walked in at 11 p.m. (doors still open/open till 12), only to be told that they were no longer serving customers. Sad that we wasted time and gas to drive there. Thankfully ANDY'S on Arapaho honors their posted hours!
Pretty cool techniques using liquid nitrogen! Basic ingredients with fantastic flavors ??
Those 3 girls in there were very very over whelmed. The place was dirty. The work area was filthy. Great product , difficult delivery. Waited for ever.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a desert shop/ice cream parlor. Oh, let me list the ways in which they were awful:1. I was there for about 9 minutes before I was asked for my order and before that, the “girl” asked the couple behind me for their order first. She, then, just continued to stare at me as if she hadn’t just overlooked two people in line.2. They were out of birthday cake ice cream at 5:55 at night.3. It took them over 23 minutes to get us our ice cream… ice cream! It wouldn’t take that long if they hand churned it themselves!4. The entire restaurant was an absolute mess. There were bottles of liquid placed everywhere.
