$11.40 for a very small milkshake that didn’t even taste as good as Sonic’s. Never again. Not much seating, and it’s all barstools (except for the seats available in the 100+ degree outdoors) so if you want to sit inside, you’re facing the walls and not your friends. Nothing special about liquid nitrogen ice cream; it was just a cool thing to see once 5 years ago and that’s it.

The ice cream is amazing and so is the staff. But the set up is pretty terrible. There are no tables inside, 3 tables outside, and they're all dirty. There's just not enough space for really any kind of customers. The line needed to be formed to the left, but there were machines and a huge nitrogen tank in the way. The menu is also very difficult to read. The main item is in black, but the rest is in light gray thankfully they had a paper menu to read from. So after you get done ordering you basically have to walk through the line of customers to not be in the way. There were bar chairs that lined the back wall and customers were sitting in them, but they face the counter not any kind of table. One of the main doors was locked. It made it very difficult to get my friend who is in a wheelchair in and out of the door. Both doors are suppose to be unlocked during business hours anyway. Tables outside were dirty, I'm sure this was due to how busy they were. We wiped our table down and enjoyed our ice cream. It was good time for sure, just a little chaotic inside.

As soon as you walk by Creamistry you'll be tempted to go in. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool experience, but it isn't worth it. It cost us almost 10 bucks (with tip) to get a regular sized ice cream. We also had to wait about 25 minutes for it because they make it from scratch. After we got it, it was falling apart and tasted pretty mediocre. I would take Cold Stone over it any day.

I had a sweet tooth and this was the closest place to get my fix. I own that I probably should not have gone in 15 mins before closing. Even though they clearly weren't closed, my husband and I were turned away. After a family of four waltzed in and placed an order, one of the workers came outside to tell us that they could make our order. The guy that turned us away walked over to apologize several times. It is wasn't necessary, but it was appreciated.Watching the ice cream be made is an experience in itself. The flavor was good, but nothing stood out that separated from other ice cream shops. It was still enjoyable so I would give to them another try.

Ordered two ice creams to eat with my wife on our honeymoon. We came in expecting to spend a lot so the $18 wasn’t horrible, but we waited 5 minutes for hers and then 15 for mine while multiple people who ordered after got theirs so hers was already gone and we couldn’t eat together. Multiple orders were messed up in this time and while behind, many workers were on their phones and for $9 each you really don’t get that much ice cream. However, the ice cream was great so I’d recommend the downtown location.

Great place for fresh nitrogen ice creams.Weekends are super crowded to enjoy this delicious ice cream. Plus the store is located in a beautiful location next to water and fountain and got a cool breeze walk.Perfect weather all time to have ice creams.Outdoor and indoor seating facility. To go orders are available

We ordered through a delivery service, never had creamistry before. They were completely out of all dairy ice cream, so we got the cashew milk. The ice cream is decent, although not worth a whopping $9 for what we got. I actually prefer the Ben and Jerry’s non dairy cashew milk ice cream more, and it’s half the price for probably at least a third more ice cream. Will probably never visit this place again, delivery or otherwise. Our delivery driver talked how it took the staff FOREVER to make the ice cream, and about how rude the staff was and that they were complaining about us calling them to talk about our options for our order since they were out of dairy ice cream, saying that if we didn’t like it that we should just not order.Well, we’ll gladly take our business elsewhere.

This is the WORST creamistry I have been to. The other places I have been to have great customer service and they are pretty quick! This specific place took more than 45 minutes to get our order ready. That too after having to ask them to make ours. They were not organized and had bad communication skills. The employees do not acknowledge customers and they seemed like they did not want to be there. We walked in there just wanting some ice-cream and ended up leaving with a very bad experience.I noticed other reviews of this place that mentioned the same things. Creamistry has a pretty good reputation in my eyes and if the management doesn't look into how badly this place is run and how bad of an experience customers are getting from this specific store, this place is better off shutting down. Doing so would eliminate a lot of stress for a lot of people. There are several other ice-cream stores in the area that have great service. I regretted going here without actually looking at the reviews.

Really cool ice cream place. Lots of options to choose from or you can just pick a signature creation which is also good as well. I like that they hey had options for no dairy as well which is always a plus in my book. There is an upcharge though. It was cool watching them freeze the milk and turn it into ice cream. I thought that was real neat! Would highly recommend to check out.

Not one to like to leave a low rating, but with the reviews that I’ve seen, I decided to write a review as well.We were also suggested to purchase pints of ice cream instead of the full service, which I was excited to try Creamistry’s ice cream and get the experience I’ve heard about. Not my first time in a Creamistry, but it was my first time to purchase and experience for myself. The person that originally helping me with my order was reluctant to help us scoop the ice cream out of the pints which was quite hard. Mind you, the pint ice creams aren’t as soft. I also asked for toppings so we could add the toppings on our own ice cream. We asked for cups as well, and there was slight discomfort in the reaction. Her customer service was very poor. Another employee helped us and to be honest for that employee, he deserves a 5 star rating. Without that employee, our experience would’ve been terrible.
