Sure there are artisan ice cream shops all over Dallas, but if you’re wanting to feel like a kid and have blue ice cream, sprinkles, cookie dough, and all of the fun ice cream add-ins, this is your spot! The Greenville Avenue location (VERY different than The Union location Uptown) is our favorite one and we visit often! ? ?

The ice cream was soooooo GREAT! My favorite was the Cookie Monster and my daughter loved the unicorn . Mike was great also very nice. We enjoyed our ice cream date here ♥️

Creamistry offers a cool concept but, this location does not execute it well. The entire place smells like spoiled milk. The staff does not appear to care about keeping this place clean. I can’t imagine it gets a top health code rating.

Mike from Creamistry made us the perfect non-dairy cashew milk ice cream!! They were also super nice to my dog. 10/10

Only because I really like this place and it's ice cream and recipes that I'm giving it a four stars. As for customer service, it could be a little bit better. I don't think that I should have to wait until I stand at the counter after walking in passing people who look me dead in my face just to say hello how are you doing after standing at the counter for a minute and a half. And when you're standing waiting on service or somebody to acknowledge you, that's a long time. So otherwise this would get like a two stars for customer service?

It was our first time ever trying this place. As soon as we walked in 4 employees just standing around on phones, it had a foul smell. Entire place was filthy. Milk was out containers were out, counters, tables & floors were all dirty. Fruits just sitting out. If I could put zero stars I would. All teens no adults. 3 guys just on phones & girl was doing orders by herself. Would never go back to this location.

probably the worst ice cream place I’ve visited. I walked in around 5 and the smell of sewage took over and while ordering I’m glancing at the floor and see a large spot of mold! How is this place not shut down?? expect to pay and arm an a leg for mediocre ice cream made in a shop filled with bugs and mold wish I could give this 0 stars. I used to love this play back in June but It’s gone down hill so fast.

Me and the wife have been wanting to try a place like this! Upon walking in there is a weird smell that just doesn't seem right. Especially because liquid nitrogen does not have a scent! There is no music or atmosphere! Upon walking up to the counter The person that took our orders seemed very disengaged. It's like she hated her job. The machines were extremely filthy but me and the wife have already paid for ice creams by the time we noticed. It was extremely off-putting. The tables that we set at while we waited for ice cream were very dirty. We just wanted to get our ice cream and leave as quickly as possible. Management really needs to take charge of this because it doesn't seem like there's any form of leadership at all! I gave one extra star to make it two stars because the ice cream wasn't bad It's just the environment and service was horrible.

Came in to this location and noticed how nasty the machines and prep area was.Employee was sitting doing nothing! Sad to see a good spot like this go down or even higher corporate administration not do anything about it!I wanted to order a waffle bowl with my ice cream and was told the waffle make was too dirty to use at the time! These mixers are the show of the concept and this is how they are kept!
