I really like this place and I’m disappointed that I had to leave. The young man behind the counter took my order and I paid with cash. He then proceeds to scoop out the Boba with no gloves and I asked him was that mine to which he replied yes. I asked him if he could put on some gloves because he just touched money and he took the cup and put it in the back so that it could be made but he, 1. Did not put on any gloves and then 2. He was going to make it and give it to me that way without me knowing. I had to request my money back and now I can’t come back because of this review. I don’t think my request was unreasonable. However, Once I give you a review like this I will never be back to your establishment.

This shop was so cute, the artwork and overall vibe was great. When I went it was super busy but they got our order to us quickly and were super friendly. The boba was also delicious!

I was recently introduced to boba tea from my sister and felt in love with it ! I was traveling from Georgia and was craving some cold boba tea. I decided to go here based on photos and reviews but I was dissatisfied. I got the usual from back home and I ended up throwing my drink away it was not good to my taste :( it had a ginger flavor kick at the end :( I ordered the mango milk tea. Pretty in picture though ! Lol

First time there, overall it was okay. My husband’s drink was watered down he had the almond milk tea with boba. I had the mangonada slush with fruit boba, mine was good but it was a little sweet for my palate.

I have arrived at this location on multiple days at different hours, and there is no tapioca pearls. I’m told that there should be some available in 30 minutes, it usually isn’t. How does a boba store run out of tapioca pearls, all the time? If I wanted inconsistency I would go to McDonalds and order ice cream.

I ordered the horchata with crystal Boba and it was spot on the most tasty beverage ever! I visited the bishop arts location. 5/5 recommend. Soooo good!!!

It's a fine boba place, not much to write home about. Hard to mess up boba. Service and staff were great

My family and I love this place and keep coming back because the drinks here are awesome. The staff is courteous, patient, and helpful. Best Craft Boba Tea I've had in Dallas.

The customer service was quick. I ordered Taro Boba Tea with traditional Boba. The Boba was good, but the actual Taro milk tea was lacking flavor. I spent almost $7 for basically 16oz of water with a slight ting of milk and Taro (they must be using 2% milk and adding more water, not sure, but that's how it tasted). I was really disappointed. I've had plenty of Taro Boba Tea elsewhere, and this was by far the blandest. It also wasn't very cold, and there were bits of powder that wasn't completed dissolved. However, I think even if it had completly dissolved, it wouldn't have changed the flavor. Unfortunately, I didn't notice until I had left the store and was already back in my car and omw home, or I would have requested a refund. I love Boba Tea and I didn't even finish this drink ?

Great place for a quick boba in Bishop Arts. They seemed super busy and were out of some stuff, but they were doing their best.
