This place is excellent! As someone who regularly spent summers in Maine on the beach, I’ve had lobster rolls about as fresh as they come. Cousins Maine Lobster was the best roll I’ve ever had and the experience was made even better since there were no seagulls trying to steal my food!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Food is generally delicious but pricey for the small portion sizes. Staff is unfriendly and service is poor.
Though the food is very tasty, I think you should serve the amount you advertise & charge for. This isn’t cheap. (Left is what I received… right is what they advertise)?
We visited when they were at the Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco, TX . We had a Connecticut Roll, Lobster Tacos, and a bowl of clam chowder. The portions were so small, really really small. Quite shocking for the price. The roll and the tacos were good, but wasn't wow special. The clam chowder was pretty much same as others.

I debated between 2&3 stars but after the lobster bisque that was absent of any lobster it went down to one star. I got the Connecticut roll and it was really bland, no flavor in the lobster and a little over cooked. No butter taste either. Let’s not even talk about how small they are. Pictures are deceiving as to how small they are. That wouldn’t even of come close to filling up my 4yo much less myself. Pretty disappointed after standing in the cold for 45 mins for our order and paying almost $30!

Way too expensive for such a small lobster roll.
The food is expensive, which is fine, but you need to have better customer service. I placed an order thru the app at 5:40. It said the order would be ready at 6:00. Therefore, I went over and stood in the cold, only to have to wait until 6:25 to get my food. If you can’t even be close to fulfilling an order within the posted time frame, you need to have a better system in place…like possibly sending a text when the order is ready rather than making people wait for an additional 25 minutes.
We love this food truck! Yes the price is high but I always find them to be generous in the amount of lobster in the rolls. And the tater tot side is enough to feed three people! Absolutely delicious and always a special treat when we stop by.
