I Have Been Wanting to Check this place out for Years! However They Seem To ALWAYS have Two Consistent Complaints. First there is a shoe problem! I mean Thatsban Embarrassing problem to be known for! Second Is, ALOT of New comers Feel Disrespected and find the Bouncers and staff to be, straight up rude! Both of these are Deal breakers. Your establishment has a reputation despite some of these positve reviews, and it's def not a good one. Given the Primise of the establishment women especially should feel safe and comfortable! Do Better!
Where to start. My husband and I decided to go to this location for the first time. We are well off and never dress poorly. We paid the fees and entered the premises. After about 15 minutes as we were talking to a couple a bouncer approached my husband and asked him to come with them. We asked what it was about, then told nothing major. I was going to go with him and the bouncers but was told just to relax. My husband went with them. After 10 minutes I asked where my husband was. The couple I was talking to said they told the bouncer to remove him because they only wanted to have me. What kind of place is this. Where a husband gets kicked out as a request from another guest? My husband never did anything or said anything to get removed. Don't go to this place if you are a couple. Or this can happen to you too.
They turned me away at the door because I didn't fill out the registration online. I filled it out and the website said I'm good to use it for 24hours to get in. Then the manager white blonde lady said the systems changed and I had to wait 24 hours to be accepted. First off she should of honored it how would I know the systems changed. I drove 45 min to go to a birthday party. Not a good way to do business. Seems really unfair since people in parking lot said they honored them signing up and let them in. Was it because it was my first time. I won't be returning
I was turned away at the door after a long trip to this location because I was wearing all black nikes. I watched other guests enter in red new balance and multi color converse. I would hope this was not because I’m Asian, but I’m left wondering why? The staff would not let me use the bathroom after they turned me away. They didn’t attempt to explain, just told me to leave rudely, while they allowed everyone other guest enter unquestioned despite wearing athletic shoes and sweatshirts. Their tone was curt and arrogant. They staff that delivered this information we’re unprofessional and poorly spoken, and we were now sitting in an unsafe location waiting for a delayed uber after being sincerely offended. We regularly attend the New Orleans location and we’re shocked and offended by the treatment. Truly regret the time and effort wasted.
Went this Saturday it was packed an so much funDeff coming back!!!!! Was super clean !Chick at front counter was rude to me tho !!
Our first time there was a Saturday and we had no idea what was in store. We got there, and were greeted by the gorgeous staff at the front. We paid our entry and got a tour. Amazing dance floor and great lounge area were the first things that drew us in. We found a seat and started to take in our surroundings… so many good looking people everywhere! Very diverse group and everyone was very respectful. We had some drinks, met some great couples, and got our dance on! We went to explore the back area and found a very low key sexy atmosphere. We went in the red room and put on a show for our admirers. That was just trip 1… fast forward and we now are VIP members and can be found there every chance we are kid free. If you are on the fence about it, don’t be! Come give it a try and see what you are missing. Great staff, great security, GREAT management, and so much energy! Everything was very clean and upscale. So glad we went and will be going for many years to come. :D
Absolutely love it me and my hubby went and people are friendly and no judgment zone!
The club has a good social area where you can meet couples, dance and have fun. On the bad side, this is the only Colette that charge for mixers, the play area small bad and around 2 am a lot of people used it as after hours place to continue the party
Staff was very helpful and nice and very pretty. We got a tour was Informational and entertaining. We had a blast me and my beautiful wife had a lot of fun and did a couple things we hadn't done tell then so thank yall and we will be back again very soon.
Dress code understood. On website understood. But why is it only enforced for some and not others?….I honestly use to love it here, and I do believe that rules are rules, but I guess other people are above those rules…
