Cinnaholic is normally accurate with the order. I drove from Flower Mound to have dinner in Addison and decided to have dessert at Cinnaholic. My wife and I walked in and ordered two separate rolls Togo. My order was a roll with light icing (little to no icing and light pecans) It was all packed Togo so I did not verify my order prior to leaving. I will never make that mistake again. The cinnamon roll was soggy by the time I arrived home and was not pleasant to eat at all. All I can suggest is verify your order prior to leaving.
Thank you Cinnaholic for helping me make my friend’s birthday special! She has a lot of diet restrictions, but this cinnacake was something that she can eat! In addition, everybody loved it & commented how “it tastes as good as it looks”. Some even came back for seconds! The cinnacakes come in small, medium, & large sizes. So, please give them at least a 24 hour notice if you would like to have one for a special occasional!If you have a love for cinnamon buns, visit Cinnaholic! Their cinnamon buns are always made fresh, & there are lots of toppings to choose from. Or you can try one of their signature creations! Love that they have everything vegan when there’s not many dessert places that are dietary restriction inclusive.The employee working there suggested that I try their dole whip. It was lovely!!Tried the cookie one and it tasted so good!!Would definitely go again.
I love this place! One of my favorites! I have food allergies and this is the only place that I can enjoy the things that I can't have with ease. Very affordable and very tasty! A little goes a long way.
Ordered off Uber eats my cinnamon Roll was cold and very hard I couldn’t even put my fork in it barely. I work in Addison so it didn’t take it long to get to me.Got a scoop of cookie dough as well took a couple bite it was great till I got a mouth full of clumped together sugar that was mixed in. Not the greatest quality… called to at least let them know of this issue so it didn’t happen to others. Was assured they had top quality and the cinnamon roll was not stale but over cooked.

Took quiet a trip to come out to get a cinnamon role. Both online and the hours posted on the door state closes at 10 pm. It's 645 pm. Long drive and waste of my time for nothing.
I do feel guilty but they are so good!
