There was about a 25 minute wait when we put our name on the wait list. The location was a little crowded but not overly crowded. While waiting, there was a friendly woman at the front area having a nice conversation with us while waiting. Once we were seated, our waitress took our drink orders quickly. She came back quickly with our drink orders and placed our meal orders thereafter. We ordered a variety of food (chicken tenders, fries, broccoli cheese casserole, pork chops, ham, waffles, honey Dijon chicken, rice, & mixed veggies) and all of the items tasted very good and were seasoned well. The prices were reasonable and the portion sizes were sufficient...most of us had to go items. I look forward to my next visit.

First review after reaching 250K views on here. Had my first dine-in experience at Chubby’s Restaurant! The coffee tasted more like water than it did coffee. The biscuits were super dry and seems to have been reheated. They were closer to rock hard than they were soft. The eggs, hash browns, and chicken lacked seasoning. Overall, good food, but not amazing.Had a very nice waitress that did her job very well! Customer service was definitely the best part of today’s experience at Chubby’s.Thank you, Chubby’s Restaurant.

This is my second time here and it's definitely not what I expected. It was nicer ?It's set up like an IHOP on the inside. Very clean and the staff are really nice. The food portions are big and the prices are more than affordable. This meal below was $13! The plate set up may not be pretty however, the food was great.I'll definitely be back sooner than later.

Ordered a house omelet with bacon, hash browns, grits, and pancakes. Got what I ordered and it is Delicious!!!

The food is always on point. I had the sloppy chilli cheese burger. The sweet tea was made by somebody's gma. It was delicious.☺️

Food was really enjoyable and service was fast. Though the parking lot was full, the line/wait inside was not bad. Was sitting down to eat less than 15 minutes after we arrived.Went with my family and we all had very different menu items, which was great as I was able to try a bit of everything. The entrees we ordered were: Lemon-Crusted Salmon, Chill Burger, and a senior Breakfast combo. Total check before tip was $34, which was higher than expected due to having to pay separate for fries when ordering a burger, which was confusing since the sandwiches do come with fries?Overall though this was a fantastic dining experience and I would return again in the future.

The food and service were great!

I recently ordered togo , the sausage taste like mcdonald’s, and the hasbrowns were mushy. never again

I ordered takeout this morning from Cubbys on cockrell the breakfast was bland on seasoned at all. The hash browns were half done with no seasoning they tasted funny like I was old and the bacon was soggy tasted like it had been sitting in its own grease in a warmer for a while, just nasty. The eggs were supposed to be over easy one was okay the other one was overcooked and the pancakes were lukewarm an under cooked. The breakfast was just straight nasty and very bland so don’t waste your money. Thanks

A new fan of this restaurant!! Was wanting breakfast food but the local chain establishments had poor reviews. Door Dash suggested this place & the Google reviews floored me so I had to try. Ordered a house omelet with bacon, hash browns, grits, and pancakes. Got what I ordered and it is DELICIOUS!!! Seriously I'm eating as I type this. Bypass the chain places who shall not be named. Chubby's is the way to go. I look forward to trying the rest of the menu. Also I ordered breakfast at 1630 on a Saturday and it was freshly made!! #chubbytruckerapproved
