Chicken Express is one of favorite types of fried chicken, and this store did not disappoint. I normally just get their 2 pieces and a roll. It is the same price whatever pieces you choose. Their rolls are fresh, soft and delicious, especially with their honey. They also have great sides. The dining area was clean and service was fast.
Staff seemed a bit unorganized. Took my order but kept interrupting and ended up getting it wrong because they wouldn't listen to me. Didn't tell me my total at the order screen, and then didn't tell me my order at the window. I had to ask him to tell me how much it was just to make sure they weren't charging me the wrong thing. Then they didn't even give me straws for my drink. Food is great tho.
I really believe the fish and hush puppies were old and had been sitting there for a long time. The only thing that was luke warm was the fries. I’m very disappointed.
I love everything at Chicken Express. The chicken is amazing and my kids love the tenders. We even like the fish. There are many sides to choose from and something for everyone. The staff was extremely nice and patient with me as I had a big order the last time I went there.
My experience of Chicken Express was as follows. From the first bite of a masterfully presented piece of golden chicken leg, the seasoning and the tenderness let itself known to be present in the manner of a beautifully elegant staircase designed to assist one asending to another plane of a pultry culluinary experience. Following this staircase of exquisite taste, making my feet feel as though I was treading up the stairs of a familiar home with a lover beckoning to me at its summit. I truly enjoyed the food that was prepared for me and I will be eating here again no doubt, as you have a fan of your wonderful fried chicken indeed.
I’ve been here many times and never had a bad experience or wrong order. Staff always provide great customer service!
Love love love this place ! Never gets old, the food is always hot, fresh and the tea hits the spot . Guys if there is a certain way you want your food cooked per say a little more crispy or not don’t be afraid to let them know they can’t read minds but are happy to satisfy your fav chicken , liver craves
Meet me at register on staring ugly was not greeted right she was very frustrated by the tone in her voice explaining the menu.. I was not pleased with the service .. we go in there and expecting good service we pay.. it's only right . Was nice to everybody talking in Spanish!!
The place was a Disaster the manager tall Salt and pepper hair was very rude inpatient also him and the cashier Never Washed their hands at all touching their masks their face not a good place to eat Drive through was so bad long long lines... I will not recommend this location at all
The drive through attendant had such a thick accent I could barely Understand him, obviously he couldn’t understand me because in spite of repeating the order 3 times it was still wrong. The food was cold, never got everything…just gave up
