God bless Oyama Herbs for his marvelous work in my life, I was diagnosed of HERPES since last year and I was taking my medications, I wasn't satisfied i needed to get the HERPES out of my system, I searched about some possible cure for HERPES i saw a comment about Dr. Oyama how he cured HERPES with his herbal medicine, I contacted him and he guided me. Inside open. Inside closed. Inside open. Inside closed.It’s super frustrating to have been able to take my family inside for about five weeks straight and now all the inside has been closed for around three weeks. I’ll unload my whole family, two of which are in car seats walk up, only to be turned down. We end up having to load back up and drive to Cedar Hill which has the inside open.With fast food, consistency is critical. This location is not consistent with other locations.
This place is not the norm for chic fila. I totally understand why corporate had to come down and shift things. The manager was rude and very unprofessional and aggressive when I arrived for my online pick up. The. Culture of this store is not the same service that has been demonstrated for this brand. The manager was very rude and wouldn’t let me get a word out. I felt very threaten by her delivery that I cancelled my order for my company. The employees even complained about Deon the manger always being rude. What I experienced today was not the service of chic fila at this location.

Worst Chick Fil A in Dallas. VERY poorly operated.
The service has slowed down considerably. I expect to be in line 20- 30 minutes if I come to this location. The food is good and the workers are pleasant but be aware there WILl be a long wait.
This location here is always busy and the line wraps around the street and it never changes! I had to use this location because of the area I was in and it's always the same thing! It took 35 minutes from the start of the line to order! If you know your that busy shouldn't you be properly staffed? My order was accurate my food was fine and fresh the wait is ridiculous
I’m done coming to this location. For one, I asked for a number 7 grilled chicken club and got something completely different with wilted lettuce. Not even almost close to what I asked for. Y’all are too busy rushing people off that you’re not even checking to make sure the orders are right! Do better and get fresher lettuce!! And for the girl working drive thru, SPEAK UP!***UPDATE***I came back to get the correct order. I called before coming and was told that someone would bring the correct order to my car. When I called in the “Manager” was rude and insisted that I come inside to get my order. Once I did get my food, the bread was literally ROCK hard and the soda fountain obviously needs a CO2 change
By far the slowest Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been too. It should not take 30+ mins to get breakfast. I waited almost 10 mins for them to take my order when I was at the stall in the drive throu. Will not be coming here again. 2/10
Whoever managing this place doesnt know what they are doing. Dine in is closed, you cant eat inside. You cant place an order inside ( only the app ) took me 15 minutes and my break is 30min. I had to park next door and walk in the heavy rain because my van is tall and they have all the lanes blocked to one line which was too long. Shut down your business would be a lot better actually.
