Decided to do curbside at this location and what a horrible experience. Spent 25 minutes waiting in the curbside area for my food that never arrived. As I waited, I saw many other cars pull in into the curbside area after me and leave before me with their food. Finally, getting agitated with the wait, I decided to join the drive thru line as it seemed to be the only way to get my food given that they were not bringing it out. I do not recommend curbside at this location as they do not seem concerned with bringing orders out on time.
I normally enjoy coming to this location but we came tonight and our entire order was off. Mac and cheese was dry with very little cheese. No toasted buns. And my husbands sandwich was missing chicken. They have to get it together.Update: I spoke with a manager at the location and she was very kind and understanding in resolving the issue. I changed my 1 star to 5. She really provided quality service.
This team is amazing! I recently used the delivery feature for our office and was so impressed with the speed of delivery and how friendly Andrew was! I went back today for curbside and Jason brought it to my truck faster than I could check in :)Jason has always been so professional and genuine - I cannot say enough good things about him and the great team he has helped to create at the White Rock location!
Card reader couldn't read my swipe to pay. I had to get another card w chip to pay. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club sandwich. I questioned the New rep over and over, but come to find out meal was still ordered incorrectly. It's okay, I guess. Glad it tasted Good?
Always fast service here! I come here on my lunch breaks and it’s super convenient when they bring out the food quick
Small but great little location ? With all the classic items you'd come to expect from Chick-fil-A. That and they've never got my order wrong. So I suppose that's noteworthy ?
Took 20 minutes for them to bring me 3 ice cream cones. Then they had me fet out of line to go to the staging area then they came and asked what was I waiting for agian. Still took 5 minutes after that to bring my cones.
Today I went to the location on Garland Rd which is about five minutes from home. Order grilled chicken sandwich meal and 3 - 12 piece nugget meals. All 3 of the nugget meals were short. 2 of them had 9 nuggets and the other 1 had 8. I had stopped going to this location for a long time because of the same issues. Decided to give it another try and after 3 or 4 visits, it happened again. I've had enough, even though it's closest to home.
Being a Georgia girl, this place will always be a go to for me! Its ALWAYS consistent and their nuggets are still my favorite. Their app is one of the best and I love that no matter where I travel I can use it for curbside pickup.
