Drive-Thru experience: This has been our go-to location for several years. Mainly due to it being close. I personally like Chickfila not just for the food, but for the customer service. Unfortunately, this location's customer service can be described as hit or miss. You either get someone who acts genuinely kind, makes placing your order a pleasant experience, and gets your order right. OR you get someone who has a terrible attitude, makes placing your order miserable, and ends up messing up your order (mainly new hires, young adults/teens). Each time I've gone in the last few weeks, it's become progressively worse.Dining Room experience:Overall, not bad. It's usually clean. The staff is pleasant and the service is fast. Personally prefer to dine in when possible.The parking lot can be hard to get into due to drive thru line, but easy to get out off since it's a one way.Hope it helps you decide to if its worth stopping by this location. If not, I recommend the location on Retail Rd.
This was hot and fresh straight out of the fire but it was not cooked all the way through and I do not want my lemonade out of a plastic picture …I hope I am reviewing the correct one I’m trying to review the one that is in North Park Mall
Best chicken hands down. Service is great, either you do drive thru or inside. The spicy chicken deluxe is the way to go with a half lemonade half iced tea drink. Fries are awesome. And all their sauces are great.
I haven’t had Chick-fil-A in months for starters… I ordered a original sandwich meal … I requested it to be well done was informed they can’t do that at this location… ok fine can you make sure my entire order is fresh… received my order and it was everything but fresh… my fries were soggy requested new ones they just handed me more soggy fries… got home to only see my sandwich being cold and bread wasn’t toasted. Only thing good was my Mac and cheese. It’s safe to say I won’t return to this location.
Always love Chick-fil-A. Great food, fast on their service, great personalities working for them . I love their chicken sandwiches, and of course their chicken nuggets. their sodas have just the right amount of kick to them. Very fast service very friendly people and always very nice and polite it looks like a big long line that would take forever but they get you through there really pretty quick food is always great
Not sure if they changed the buns on the chick-n minis or if it was a supply issue in these times but they were different from what I remember from a few years back. Drier and a little more doughy. Still enjoyable but not as much as before.I am rating lower stars because a majority of their staff were not wearing masks in this location. I only saw 1 drive-thru staff with a mask on. I know that mask wearing has been politicized in this country, and we know what Chick-fil-A's political affiliation is, but I'm still disappointed that that's placed above health and safety for an establishment that serves food to the public.
Doesn’t look like large fries to me. Here’s to a non consensual $.40 tip. :( they got the drink right though and it was too efficient where small details like this are missed.
Top notch location for a very busy restaurant. The key is to order ahead online and pickup inside. It's almost clockwork how quick the service is and the staff is always very professional! 5 Star location!
After showing up about 10 minutes before the end of breakfast and waiting in the drive through line I was told there was no more breakfast. I ordered lunch and then was told breakfast was indeed available. I paid for my meal and proceeed to go through the drive through. When I got to the window I was told there was no more breakfast and after asking to order lunch they make it seem like I’m in the wrong. This location is very busy and has no phone. So when you have an issue like I did today all you get is a recording saying you can’t leave a message because it was not set up. Extremely disappointed
Great Chick-fil-A location. I come here almost everyday and use the app for drive-thru so I waste less time in line. They give the food fresh from the stove and it's always delicious. Only downside is the ridiculous line that can form on busier times but they work very hard to make it smaller quickly.
