Ordered through the mobile app 2 customized grilled wraps when i arrive they gave my order and i checked the bag and the order was completely wrong, i talk to a crew member and they told me i wasn’t able to customize my order because they are “ franchise “ business. But was got me upset if I didn’t check the bag i wouldn’t have known. And he gave me 2 sandwiches instead, asked if i could do a cobb salad and he said no because the price difference was huge, but i paid for a grilled wrap combo which was 11-12 dollars and the number 1 sandwich combo is 8-9 dollars , when i opened the sandwhich it was soggy and disgusting.
There was a wait but that wasn’t the problem. I got handed my order and was checking it. I was only given 2 sauces for 3 burgers. Kindly asked lady if we could have a couple more. Lady said she could only give us 2, so I offered to pay for the extra sauces. She handed me the sauces and said to just take them I asked for one more because I asked for a certain amount. Lady rolled her eyes and handed me another one. I was trying to be nice but if someone is being rude with no reason I stand up for myself, asked what her problem was. Employee said “okay bye” with a disrespectful tone. Manager came and asked what was wrong because the line was being held back. I let her know about the employees attitude. Employee continues to say “okay, maybe next time just buy the 8oz bottle”. I was a costumer simply asking for more sauces. The manager let me know about the sauce shortage which I understand but I was not told about it before. If the employee simply told me that instead of being rude I would have understood and left. Manager just told me she would talk to the employee and left it at that. I could be exaggerating but I don’t think that is appropriate when I simply wanted extra sauces.
NO indoor playground, only one single toilet. Staff was semi descent, however there is no indoor seating area only outside. I dislike the loud noise from traffic, freeway nearby and passing drive thru cars. They have no trays and missed items in my order.
Team members were nice but I was disappointed in my fries, a bunch of crumbs sitting in the bottom. Lemonade is delicious.
They never give the correct sauces. I told the lady 3 times what sauce I wanted and they still gave me the wrong one… One of the reasons I even go to Chick-fil-A is because of the sauce!I looked in the bag and saw a packet - I only ordered one sauce so I assumed it was the correct one but it wasn’t. By that time I was already home ?
I got my order and checked and my gf chicken sandwiche was missing so I talked to a representative and he told me that he can get me something for a future order and I declined just won’t visit this location ever again, this I would expect from a McDonald’s or Burger King but this is the third time they messed up my order and this place is a lost cause
Worst Chick-fil-A if ever been to. 25 minutes in the drive-through. Three cars showed up way after I did Allowed in front of me. The drive-through line stalled two times while I was in line. I showed up at 10:30 get my food at 10:55 and on top of that my order was wrong. This happened at 10:30 am January 26 Anthony was the manager. I spoke with him and he did not seem that apologetic and no compensation was offered.
They gave me a salad without chicken when I asked for extra chicken. I even told them in the drive thru that I had asked for extra chicken then they make me park so they can give me the right order. I get home and still no chicken in my salad smh. Then I called and the manger says for me to go back and they will charge me for more chicken and give the right order. Like what??
Just want to put my two cents in, this place is always been great and reliable for consistent food. Today was an exception to that and for me that is important. The quality of the food was not to their standards. The chicken was a bit dry and it seemed to have some low quality pieces. After a very long day and deciding not to cook this was a disappointment. I ate the fries and only half a sandwich. But I would mention after a few years of going to this location this is the first time it was anything other than perfect.
Too much salt on the food, I thought I was at Chick-fil-a not McDonald's. SMH did someone hire one of the cook's from Mickey D's and forgot to tell them minimal to no salt.
