Took extra long in the drive thru, someone forgot to drop my chicken strips upon order. But still 4 stars. The employees attitudes and friendliness was top notch. From the employee taking the order standing at the menu to the one in the drive thru window, they were so friendly, nice and bright.
This Chick-fil-A is better then the one on Frankford. The fries are crispy and not soggy like the other location. Service is quick and easy. All employees I've interacted with have been friendly and professional.
Been going to this location for many years. Food has always been fresh and hot. People here are very nice.
I am sitting in the drive-through line right now very irritated. I placed an order for curbside online specifically to avoid the ridiculously long drive-through lines. But when I got here, because of where they had set up their lane markers, I could not physically get to the curbside parking without going through the entire drive through line. Completely defeats the point of ordering online and wastes my time. Im honestly really mad about it.
Always quality food. Never mess up your order. They bring it to your table. Seem to treat everyone courteously. Place is kept clean throughout the day.
I ordered a large… they mistakenly tried to give a medium and when I corrected them at the window it seems they just dumped the medium fry in a large container … but the chicken is good I guess ?
Got the deluxe chicken sandwich, which was hot fresh and tasty! The garden side salad which had nice fresh leafy greens! I was very happy with my purchase!
I've been here several times. As with most CfA's, the service is always friendly & fast, & my food is delicious! If it's saved as a favorite on your app then you can get freebies from time-to-time in your email from the owner... Chick-fil-A is always great, free Chick-fil-A is even better! Lol.
This Chick-fil-a always delivers on its food , prompt service and quality. Drive thru accuracy can be trying at times though.
This is the best chick-fil-a location ever! My son and I come here to this location on a regular basis. The food is always constantly good. Customer service is the best here! They always treat you with respect and are extra nice all the time. Whoever is running this store takes care of their workers you can see it in the employees by how much they care about making customers happy. My son also really enjoys playing in the playground with the other kids and it’s always clean!
