We ordered delivery and when it arrived none of our condiments were included. When my husband called they said they would send them out. 40 minutes later with no condiments my husband called and spoke to the manager, asking for an update and a refund for the cold food that we had sitting on our table. He was rude, not helpful, and hung up on my husband. I've never experienced something like this from a restaurant. Choose another location.
If I could give them less stars I would. The manager and staffed mocked the fact I requested to order my food contact free and didn’t want a guy breathing into my car windo without a mask. I recommend any of the other fast food establishments since their staff and managers don’t openly mock and persecute you for trying to make safe decisions.
Maybe the girl who tried to take my order was still training but she definitely had not mastered Chick-fil-A's luxury language.. she borderlined on straight rude which I've never experienced at Chick-fil-A. I've experienced over the top politeness that made me uncomfortable but never someone rude sorry Monty but you didn't pick a winner with this one
Where’s Chick-fil-A I ever been I saw five employees and they saw me not even once was greeted it took a while before they can give me my order Not even apologize or anything we just went by the day it was nothing. I don’t know if it will make me feel like wanna come back again because of the service because I always had high expectations of Chick-fil-A always being revable a nice with customers but today was the worst experience of all
My visit reminded me why I don’t eat at CFA. The person in the drive thru basically rushed me through ordering couldn’t even get a moment to think. Then I get to the window and my order is wrong I asked for a large half hi-c half sprite light ice and I got a small hi-c filled with ice. Didn’t repeat my order or ask if I needed sauces just handed me my bag and told me to have a good night and left. I just went to sonic next door to order the rest of my food. Sorry not sorry won’t be back
You can't go wrong with God's chicken! Whether it's the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, the chicken nuggets/strips, the sausage/egg/cheese biscuit, the mini chicken biscuits, their southwest chicken salad, or their yogurt parfait, it's all delicious.I have yet to order something from Chick-fil-A that wasn't delicious. This is one of the few places where I'll order something I've never ordered before and not be worried.
I come here because it's the local one not because I like it. I love chick fil a and this is one of my least favorite locations. I'm a signature member and they rarely pay attention to when I use my rewards. They consistently forget parts of my order and then act like it's a hassle when I ask for what they forgot. Be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes for curbside pickup to be brought to your car with no explanation.
This is absolutely our favorite Chick-fil-A. Always excellent service and food.
Absolutely amazing service. Restaurant was very clean, food was delicious and served promptly. Employees were all very friendly. Management definitely runs a great store. Thanks for a great dining experience!
I was expecting a better Chicken deluxe sandwich but, it is something that is not a wow, the bun was cold and fries with no flavor.
