Wow, this was my first and last time I will be coming back to this place. It is disgusting , and have trash trailed from the bathrooms to our table. They have more than enough staff to keep these tables and floors clean. Our waiter Chris was amazing and obviously use to the unpleasant vibes of the place. It’s filthy, stinky, and dirty in here. We have told three people to clean our tables and no one came to do it yet. Chris our server had to get a broom and do it while the other employees watched. Won’t be returning, please don’t waste your money here.
Very bad service. Long wait times. Decided to sit at bar and bar tender was so overwhelmed with guest she gave everyone bad service because they were under staffed. Appetizer came out with food. Never got a refill on drinks. Was looking forward to a Cresent but never got one. Won't be back in a long time. They were solid busy in the Togo orders the manager was running she was oblivious to the rest of the restaurant.
The service was awesome!!! Yes I said it… AWESOME!!!! The server Chris did not disappoint! The cook in the kitchen did not disappoint! We were seated immediately and were able to order according. The drinks and appetizers came came out almost immediately and our entrees came out just as fast!!!! I was so surprised how fast, hot (temperature wise), and delicious the food was! I am very happy with my experience here overall. The dishwasher may need some training though…. Myself and Bae had to use plastic ware due to silverware. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!
Delicious food! Even better prices. Our server was very kind even though she wanted to leave early due to bad weather. She made us feel important, and took care of us.It's very family friendly. Good prices. And lots of healthy options, too!They certainly need more workers/servers for the amount of customers waiting to be seated.
If you feel the need to endure the absolute worst dining experience ever, then visit this location at Interstate 20 and Hampton in Dallas! My 8 year old Granddaughter was recognized by her school district tonight for her high test scores! She wanted to go to Cheddars to celebrate! The celebration ended for me at that point, because I knew what to expect! We get there around 8pm, and there are several empty dirty tables throughout the restaurant and bar area. The Hostess says there is a 30 minute wait! I go to the restroom and there is trash on the floor all the way from the entrance to the kitchen. The restroom looked like it had not been cleaned all day. We finally get seated after a 35 minute wait! I had to flag down our waitress to get our orders taken. It took 30 minutes to get our food and it was cold! My Granddaughter was sleeping by this time. I have given this restaurant several opportunities to get it together, but that was the last time. Never again!!!
First time at a Cheddars. Drink service was very slow. Over 15 min for 1st order. When I was ready for a second the bar had closed early before 8:00. Plastic utensils? You’ve got to be kidding! Ordered a 14 oz ribeye. I got a strip steak thick with gristle. I got a steak knife with the steak but had a difficult time trying to hold the steak with the plastic fork.
I brought my friend here and he was okay with it and that says a lot because he is a classically trained CHEF from an Italian background. Service was great but the other patrons, meaning customers were very rude to my waitress and left no tip, so I doubled my tip. I hope it helped her. May God bless and keep you Dear Lady. Brought a coworker for her farewell celebratory lunch with our team. We were seated rather promptly even though we were told it may take 15mins since there was 5 of us, so that was a pleasant surprise. We got a plate of warm flaky croissants with butter and they were delicious. For lunch I had the Montecristo sandwich with fries. Fries were good. Unfortunately I was not impressed by the sandwich. It was luke warm, like it had sat waiting for the rest of the other plates got prepared. The sandwich was generous but there were spots where it was soft so at first I thought it was raw dough, but it was the like warm cheese (I hope). Our server was friendly, but distracted probably overwhelmed with multiple tables.
So I hadn't been to this location in a pimple yrs due to a past bad experience but my mom bday was 1/18 and she wants to have food with us on 1/16 there..... our waiter was the BEST hands down. All our food & drinks was correct and delicious! Our waiter made sure to constantly check with us throughout our visit. Excellent Service.I forgot the waiter name but he handled the 10seater table near the bar!! This you man need to be recognized by managers
Great location!!! I've never felt like I was at a nice restaurant when I visit a Cheddars until I went here yesterday. Customer service was on point, restaurant was very clean and the customer service was great. Can't remember our waitress name but she was perfect. Ordered a pain killer and it was the best one I've ever had. Spinach dip and entree was cold though, that's my only complaint.
