Fire chicken phillys but where's the fry seasoning? You guys taking it home? And no napkins with to go orders?
Ordered a Regular Chicken Philly combo that comes with fries and a drink. The Philly is very bland with almost no flavor in it. But I understand that everyone has a different taste so I am not rating this review as 1 star for how bad Philly is. Rather, it’s the price ($2.99 for a fries and drink) and the attitude of the cashier.The drink menu has 3 sizes: small, regular, and large. So I opted for a regular drink because that is the mid-tier option, which one would think it’s a typical 16 oz medium size you would normally get like everywhere else. But nope, it’s more like between 8-12 oz that you get as small size at other restaurants. If McDonald's can charge $1 for any size drink and make a profit, then there is no reason for any restaurant to be so cheap on the soda drinks size. After all, soda drinks are so cheap and one of the most profitable items on a restaurant’s menu.So I asked the cashier if this small size cup is a regular size (a mid-tier option on the menu), she said yes. I mentioned to her that it looks like small size and she just shook her shoulders like “I don’t care”.
Pepperoni cheese steak is amazing.
It should be a negative 10 Stars. This restaurant was awesome. I came to the location after 8 years. HORRIBILE. I can't even express the feeling I had when I walked through the doors. I will be working on contacting Galleria Mall Management, and Charley's.UPDATEI left this review, less than 2 hours ago. I got a call from the Owner directly. Very nice gentleman, I explained to him why I was upset. He rectified the situation. I am changing my review to 4 star. The owner cares about his business, and customer! #AOWNERWHOCARES
Was walking past the food selections and walking past Charley's it smelled amazing. And i ordered their ultimate fries and philly cheese steak and it was very delicious! 10/10 would recommend to everyone I know

Awesome food
My husband and I visited a few years ago and we liked this sandwich place in the Dallas mall. However, it was very crowded the wait was kind of long and tedious as I was so hungry.After we finally did get our orders they messed up my order but they were more than happy to fix my order and so we enjoyed our lunch that day after the fact.
Big gigantic F. I was offered a $5 coupon for signing up. I noticed there was a location at Galleria and logged in to use the coupon. It was on my phone ready to use. Came up to the register to order and overhead the stalker in the ceiling told the rude Mexican cashier who was slandering my name to customers to log out of my phone because he reprogrammed the coupon. She clicked logout and the coupon is no longer there. The manager did not honor it. I will never buy. I thought I would try your offer as I have never eaten here before. Awful Mexican service as usual. They are worthy of a lawsuit. Forget it.
