Our experience was fantastic! The staff, including someone who may have been an owner, was very attentive and friendly. The food was great and the portions were typically sized for tex-mex restaurants (meaning a lot of food ?). We will definitely come back when we are in the area.
Very quiet and quaint. I visited during lunch time between 11:30 and 12:30. The Waitress came out right away and had our drinks on table before we ordered lunch. They are quick. Restaurant is very clean.
Was pleasantly surprised by this place. Very quiet. And very open on the 4th! I would recommend the Ricky's Plate. The bacon wrapped shrimp were a pleasant, and welcome surprise.
I have been to this restaurant on three different occasions that a friend introduced me to. The food is excellent as are the margaritas! I’ve had the mole, flautas and chile relleno as well as the flan and tres leches cake. I’ve been to numerous Mexican restaurants in the area and this is the best Mexican food I have tasted in Dallas in the 30+ years I’ve been here! Family owned and friendly!

The food was tasty and fresh, which is all I could ask for. I had the brisket and scrambled egg breakfast. Their tortilla chips are perfect. Service was excellent. Will come back!

My new favorite tex-mex restaurant, unseating my prior favorite of 20+ years. Consistently good plates and a very reasonable lunch menu. Great chips and salsa as well.It's not busy anytime I've been there for lunch which is surprising given the quality and service. Definitely on my go-to list now!
Excellent frozen Margaritas and food. Happy hour has great prices as well. Staff very friendly and attentive as well.
