Now all customer service managers should be going to train here! The staff and service we received exceeded expectations. Not a moment passed that everyone in the place didnot feel like loyalty. The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make every weary traveler feel like we were their most important client. Way to go Capital One. I hope your staff at this location all get a huge appreciation from your management team!
I often travel through DFW, so getting access to the new Capital One Lounge was a key motivator for getting the new Venture X card. The lounge is well designed with ample sitting areas as well as a workout room, two relaxation pods, multi-faith prayer rooms and a shower. The food and drink options were tasty and relatively healthy with even a grab and go section. The cocktail/bar options were also impressive. The staff was super friendly during my recent visit. I am actually looking forward to my next layover!
Absolutely lovely. Courteous staff that truly wants to help you. Cecilia is a dream. Tasty drinks from the bar, gourmet food, lattes on tap, local beer, healthy foods and ample tasty to go iyems, comfortable chairs, free wi-fi, bathrooms, YOU CAN RIDE A BIKE OR TAKE A SHOWER.Please tell me, what more do you want? The lounge is located near the luxury shopping and the Skytrain in terminal D. My flight was in E. It took 20 minutes to buy perfume, take the train, and walk onto my flight.If you are a Capital One cardholder and DON'T go here, I honestly don't know what you're doing with your life. 6/5 stars. This lounge makes travel feel like pre-9/11 only *it's free. * Everyone is relaxed too, best place to meet single-serving friends. It's honestly worth flying out of DFW instead of Love Field in my opinion.Three cheers for the new banging Capital One lounge! (And did I mention the giant bag of artisan food I took onto the plane? No? Well, that too) Bless you, airport lounge.
Wonderful lounge experience! Food is excellent, with a myriad of chef-prepared options that are refreshed often. Desserts and sweets are tasty. Very attentive and friendly staff that help with whatever you need. Lovely, relaxing place to unwind before or between flights. Looking forward to visiting the other Capital One lounges.
I have been to every major non airline affiliated lounge in this airport and I believe the Capital One Lounge to be the best. Not only does it have outstanding tarmac views compared to other lounges, but it has finely curated and food and drinks that I believe are a cut above something offered from AMEX. Every time I come here, I get a new experience with some dish or drink that makes it very difficult to decide what to get next time. This is my favorite lounge in the US. (I have not tried the showers or the relaxation rooms, will update when I have)Don't mind my little brother having a blast at the lounge in the pictures ? I also don't know where they got this chair, but it's the most comfortable chair I have used at a lounge and am desperately trying to find one for my home
If you have been to Priority Pass lounges, then this feels like leaps and bounds beyond that.This lounge has everything you can image; delicious food, shower, nursing room, prayer area with rug, mini gym, non alcoholic options in bar, amazing views, nap room, comfy chairs, to go food and outstanding employees.Be there to be amazed!
I recently had a nine hour layover at DFW and could not think of a better place to have spent it! This new lounge really blew me away + I look forward to returning someday. The food and drinks are top quality, with inventive recipes and fresh ingredients. The space is incredibly comfortable, and wide open, with nice amenities. But the shining star of my experience was the staff! Every single person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed talking with them all and appreciate the care that they have for us travelers ? Thank you, Cap One crew, for a great experience!
I visited the lounge on a recent trip in April, and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly, and the food was picture-perfect and extremely tasty and filling, even right after they opened at 6:00 AM! The entire lounge is beautiful, and the grab-and-go items were great (tip: get one of the cookies in the blue boxes; it's very tasty). Overall a very pleasant experience, and I will visit again every chance I get.

The Capital One Lounge is easily the nicest lounge I’ve been in. This brand new lounge has everything you could ever want in a lounge while also touting a bright, warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly and attentive. The lady checking people in took time to explain all the amenities at this lounge.They had a packed food section with fresh juices, sandwiches, salads, and sparkling water. All complimentary.They have so many beverages on tap for self serve including sodas AND varying coffees!! It’s amazing getting to pour quality drinks from these luxurious handles.The food is amazing. So many warm foods served in a beautiful layout. Delicious mini bibimbap with fresh steak, egg, veggies, and rice. Sweet and savory and cheesy Mac and cheese topped with bacon. Roasted lentils. Roasted cauliflower with Cajun seasoning. A fantastic chicken pot pie with a biscuit on the side (acting like the crust).All the food was high quality and so delicious.They have the best seating of any lounge. Big chairs, varying seating arrangements, tons of outlets. So much good things to say about it.The lounge has other complimentary amenities: free lockers to store your bags instead of keeping them by your seat, relaxation and meditation rooms to have lots of quiet space, they have a peloton room with 2 peloton bikes to use, showers to freshen up. Luxurious single bathrooms that are kept spotless.The bar is huge with so many drinks and alcohol selections. All complimentary. This selection is much better than any options that are complimentary in American Airlines lounges or any lounges with Priority Pass.The staff were very gracious throughout the experience, always checking on me, getting me drink refills. They were happy to talk to me and explain the foods or construction or other cool facts about the lounge.In the end, I’m actually blown away by this lounge. By far the best lounge ever for me by a mile. I will love coming here anytime I have the time!
This is one of the best perks that we have ever gotten, just for having a capitol one card! The people that work in the DFW Lounge are some of the most friendly in the entire airport. I am telling every know to get a card and use the lounge
