Husband and i went to deep ellum for a day date. There was no wait for our table when we arrived. Hostess was very welcoming and sweet. Server was prompt and helpful with the menu. Made drink and food suggestions.

Cane Rosso is an amazing concept but owners/managers if you are reading this, the Gaston location has the best cooks! Today we went to the Commerce location and the food lacked taste… pizza was just OK, my Alfredo was OK compared to lip smacking deliciousness at Gaston.Caprese salad was better at Commerce. We will continue to go to Gaston but some consistency wouldn’t hurt! The staff is always friendly but today we didn’t finish our meals! Left kind of sad.
First time visiting (just moved from Miami) and it was amazing!! Our server was knowledgeable and welcoming and we canât wait to come back
