Everything I had was awesome and fresh. I definitely will be back. Seasoning was on point

This place has come by my apartment complex a few times. Never disappointed with the food. Good prices and the portions are just right. Woman who runs the truck is nice too!
What a neat concept! The bus was super cute & the food was even better. I ordered the catfish basket & a funnel cake. Both were made to order & served hot n fresh. The catfish, fries & hush puppies were seasoned perfectly & I loved the funnel cake as well! The ladies were both sweet & welcoming!! Hope to catch you again at the next bus stop!!
Had the catfish basket. The fish was extremely salty, none of the fries were cooked through and how do you mess up hush puppies? I’m sorry to say the food is not good. At least don’t order the catfish basket.
The food was amazing! The catfish basket was perfectly seasoned. Very glad I stopped by on the way home. I hope the food truck is in my neighborhood soon.
I have catered with Cajun on the Go! for my Mardi Gras party the past two years. The first year, I did drop off service with red beans and rice, jambalaya, and cornbread. The food was AMAZING and all my guests were so happy. I had been dreaming of the red beans and rice for an entire year so this year I had them bring the food truck out to my party. IT WAS SUCH A HIT! Yvonne is wonderful and easy to work with. She helped me understand how much food to order for 60-80 guests. Day of, she arrived early to set up. We had red beans and rice, jambalaya, shrimp po boys, banana pudding, and corn bread. Everything was fantastic. I had friends from New Orleans that gave the food the stamp of approval. There was never a line at the truck. I loved that they gave each guest a buzzer so they could go back to the party while they waited. The wait was never long either. Also, it was great that I didn't have to clean one thing up! I will absolutely be using them again!
