I love this Korean Restuarant here :) Feels like I’m in Korea again :) Been looking for a korean restaurant like this that we cook and grill like this. The seafoods soup was delicious as well :) will keep coming back here when I go back Texas
This location does a spot-on job of great quality meats on a charcoal grill. The wait time is a bit excessive if you're not already there before it opens (~1 to 2 hour wait), but it's well worth your time if you have errands to run before they call.Food is not AYCE. Highly recommend the wagyu (unmarinated) and pork belly. Both extremely high quality and cook well over the charcoal heat. Banchan dishes are solid, and the service here is super friendly and (relatively) attentive. Definitely my new go-to for K-BBQ.
We got right in, my sister and I really enjoyed this experience. I can't wait to try the seafood pancake. We split the combo 4 , tried dumplings, chicken & lamb skewers. Everything was great. Lamb was way to spicy for me to eat.
It is over charcoal! I have missed meat cooked over charcoal since it seemed most KBBQ places in DFW converted to the heating plate. The meat tasted pretty good, different flavors than from a heating plate. We also got the cheese corn and kimchi pancake. The cheese corn was alright. They use a call light whenever you need service so that’s helpful.
Where do I start? This Korean BBQ restaurant is an amazing addition to old K-town in dallas. The lump charcoal fired grill, the choice cuts of meat like wagyu and LA Galbi are damn tasty. Also, they have kimchi pancakes that are not only delicious, but the size of a pizza. This is not an all you can eat place, but the serving size will definitely fill you up. The amount of money you spend here will be the same as what you would pay for at the popular all you can eat places.
This is by far the best Korean BBQ in Dallas. The experience is incredibly authentic. The staff is amazing and the quality of meat and sides are well worth any wait you might experience (and there will be a wait!) Add your name to the list well in advance or call for a reservation beforehand to lessen the wait. I lived abroad in Korea for years and I have to say… this place has the best kimchi I’ve ever tasted. Bar none!
One of the best places to eat Korean BBQ! What I love most about this place is how high the quality of the meat taste. The bonus part of the place is they use charcoal. Makes grilling more enjoyable and it’s amazing how the meat taste. High recommend this to anyone who enjoys what BBQ truly taste like. Thanks!!!!
I loved everything about Burning92. It's just something about making your own food.
Consistent visit after two years. Service has been going down hill unfortunately. We supported this business since 1/2020 when COVID started. We were literally the only table there for dinner and we went there once every month. Starting mid 2021, service been going south. Do not feel the passion and right manner from the owner anymore.Fortunately there is another place close by that offers charcoal kbbq as well.
So good definitely recommend. They close later so they are better than most places.
