I usually always order for pick up but I ordered delivery this time and it took an hour only to have four wings on both 6 piece combos. And apparently no one can come to the phone. I never leave reviews but this was a disappointment also never had issues when I pick up. I don’t know if it’s because it was a doordash order but either way it should be treated as a pick up too. Won’t be ordering delivery anymore.
manager was absolutely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to people nicely. It also took an hour or longer to get our take out food. Not to mention that when we got there we were going to eat in and NOBODY came to seat us they just kept walking by and looking at us. We waited for 20 mins at least to be seated and then had to wait another hour to get our takeout.
Called 30 min ahead to ask for wait time was placed on hold and spoke with a manager and was told it was first come first serve. Understandable, we arrived I asked for a table for 8 and I had a girl stare at me like I was crazy and a manger next to her very low voice said "nope". With no explanation or reasoning until I had to ask again what was said. Was told that they were not accepting due to understaff and limited tables only place open was bar and 2-5 tables with two managers on duty and 4-5 servers. Once we walked out we saw a family of 4 after 1 min another family of 3 walked in and seem to be seated. This place needs to be managed correctly and not given false information and better communication because this manager had no professionalism.
Went out for what we thought would be a pleasant evening of wings and the Mavs. Boy were we wrong. Horrible service. Asked for the manager and he was helpless. He had no intention of helping our situationWe ordered drinks and they took over 30 minutes to be brought out. When one of them did finally arrive , my vodka , cranberry had no alcohol.Asked manager to remake drink and they said they would , but when it took them another 20 minutes and still didn’t have my drink, we decided to just cancel.Worst service we have ever had for a BDubs. It’s usually our go to , not the one on belt line in Addison. Mind you , they were hot busy at all. So we had legitimate complaints. The manager just didn’t care to provide good service.
Everyone seemed in a hurry at this location. Funny because my food was still cold. Appetizers were better than actual meals. However, the taste was okay just make sure your order was taken correctly. Menu items change often.
Been here twice with my partner over the past couple months. Both experiences were great. Prompt professional service, great food (delivered in a timely manner). I believe Charles took care of us one time and Stacey another. Both of the were great, smiles laughs and service. We will be returning here often, hockey, football, and even golf were on which we enjoy all three. Highly recommend.
I've been going to bww for years the black bartender here needs to be fired my wings were cold & not covered with the sauce I asked if he could reheat them & it turned into an argument. He was using profanity and having arguments with other staff. Complaining about how he wasn't going to wash other ppl dishes like if your having a bad day dude just go home. I was going to call and make a complaint but it slipped my mind. But it's not like it would make a difference. He had very few ppl yet his paste was so slow! It's a No for me I haven't been back since
Usually they have fat wings but what is this? Some tiny small wings that's for sure. Server and bartender were yelling at each other across the bar room floor talking about "it wasn't me! Etc". Class is def not here on a Sunday night.EDIT!:Came back on a Friday night after church and the staff was professional, attentive, caring of our needs and the wings were not teeny tiny! They definitely "fixed the problem" for us and made it right so I changed the review to 4 stars, only because I've seen bigger wings at this location before. But if I could give it 4.5 stars I would!Thank you owner for making it right!Also the immature server wasn't here only the bartender was so I'm sure they had a talk w their employees to be professional, which is really something we appreciate. Professionalism goes a long way! Came here before and the first time was ok the food was great but the 2nd time was bad. No one seated my family we had to seat ourself and even then, the table wasn't cleaned and ask one of the workers could it be cleaned and was told give a min and went being the register to help someone else. The food was ok but could be better. Overall, the service and food could be better
Have been to this Bdubs for around the last nine 9 years, on and off when visiting Addison. Don't know what the hell happened or if new management has changed...but the last time I attempted to dine here in November of 2021...there was a Hostess who said " You can come in if you want, we have one server and bartender." We went to the bar area...with a group of 4-5 people, and were immediately told it would take 30 mins minimum for food...and they were out of a lot of menu items...the place was dead! We left. I walked by tonight: 7 Feb, 2022, around 6:30...they were all closed up, lights off. This used to be one of my favourite places...but apparently they are closed more often then they are open...and the service has plumetted greatly. Very sad to see.
