Been at this location couple times and we've always had a great experience. We came to watch the Mavs playoff game and we got seated right away (dining area) our server Brent was amazing! We kept checking in on us to make sure we were OK. The food is great too! We always get the house samples and wings. We'll definitely keep coming back when we're in the area.

My order was wrong and nothing I can do to fix it afterwards because it was delivery. Carelessly put together for an online order. I paid extra for a ranch- of course no ranch with my order. I also ordered a seasoning and sauce- completely plain and the fries were cold and stale. Also- I went to the website to report my experience under FAQ - orders and visits (as I’ve already seen their auto response to others) and you can’t even submit a response.

Worse experience ever!! After waiting for 1 hour my order out of 5 items ordered they only delivered 1 order and it was incomplete also. I specified on the app to call me if our item was not available because that was an option in the app and also to hand the food to me they never called me nor know on my door just left outside. The order was cold. Called the DoorDash delivery guy he said that’s all they gave him. Being out the whole day come to my hotel room order out meal at 8pm never received our order call store and they got me waiting on the phone for 30 minutes because had to call from multiple phones to get a manager and when finally manager answered call no apology what so ever but you want me to refund your money it takes 5-7 days. Am from Houston and never experienced this poor service. And I had to put 1 star to be able to leave a comment but they don’t deserve none.

first time this happened. We waited about 10 minutes at the front for anyone to greet us, there were 3 waiters talking and laughing while on the phone until one of them yelled across the hallway to sit wherever we want. we sat and waited for over 15 minutes until we gave up and left. There were two waitresses doing their job and there were about 4 just gathered at the cashier where they take orders online just talking and laughing on the phone!

Honestly don’t bash places but first of all we waited 15ish maybe 20 min at the door and not one server or what looked to be the Manager came to seat us or us anything. We know they saw because they looked right at us. Manager twirling his thumbs on his phone and acting like he can’t see. Customer service here isn’t the greatest. Maybe I’ll give it another try one day but definitely not soon.

My boyfriend said they had a BOGO thursdays so we decided to check it out. As soon as we walked in a girl with long braided hair to her waist told us to sit wherever we wanted so we did. After about 10 mins of not being greeted we decided to order to go. We walked back up to the front and the same girl that told us to sit down took our to go order. She was extremely impatient, rolled her eyes at us and all I was doing was asking questions. We decided to do the 2 15 piece boneless wings and salt and vinegar fries, we paid she said it would be 20 mins and we waited in our car. Come back in and we check the order and it isn’t right. Before I even finish telling her what’s wrong she turns around and walks off and comes back with a manager. He was very nice and got the order replaced for me quick and asked for me to check it then walks off. The order was wrong AGAIN. I grabbed the two that were wrong and when I told her it was wrong again she patted here thigh and walked off and brought back the food and sat it down without saying a word and just walked off. I know some people may know how BWW work but I’ve never been there before. She was so rude for NO REASON.

Service at this place is absolute trash. Been coming here for years and 9/10 times I usually end up hating myself for wasting time here. We've talked to the managers before when they've screwed up on our to-go orders online and dine in person. They've even given us free meals but this place just keeps screwing up. I had time to post this review because it just took them 24 minutes to get our water and tea. They're not even that busy, it's almost 2pm. Got our wings 1 min after the drinks and they brought us blue cheese when we asked for ranch. We had stopped coming here for a few months for this reason but they just can't ever seem to get it right. I hate that I like the wings from this place so much.

I can't say that I've ever experienced as much of a complete breakdown in service and management as last night.I walked into a 70% full restaurant with no hosts at the front (they were in the kitchen talking). I waited for a few minutes until I finally sat myself in the bar.The bar had about 7 tables that were open, yet hadn't been cleaned or bussed. Plenty of seating but none of the tables were ready.I sat down at a table, and waited as 4-5 employees working the bar area continually walked by me without acknowledgement. I finally had to stop someone after sitting for about 15 minutes and ask for a server and for someone to wipe down the table.The dirty tables around me stayed empty and dirty for 30-45 minutes. The restaurant began to get an influx of people. 30 or so people standing at the entryway, open tables all over the restaurant that needed to be bussed that remained dirty throughout the night.I watched as a busser basically stood against a back wall and stared at the sea of empty tables, doing nothing. At one point he walked across the room to a dirty table, moved a chair a few inches and returned to his post in the corner without cleaning it. It became comical. I watched him for the 2 hrs I was in the restaurant and he would move menus from one place to another, stop at tables to chat, watch football, and return to his wall.My friend and I ordered food, waited well over an hour to receive it. Still the fries were cold and stale. Tables all around us were receiving incorrect orders and managers and other service staff were walking around aimlessly with drinks for tables they couldn't locate.Our server was working her tail off, trying to make the best of a situation in which her management and teammates failed to do their jobs.I felt bad for her, and certainly tipped her well. At the end, I understand being short staffed has a burden on service, but this restaurant's faults came down to mismanagement, horrible communication and leadership.
