Our food was bland and tasteless. We ordered the chicken parm. Our server was horrible. We had to send another waiter to get her or we just had to wait a very long time for her to come back. Our dinner drinks didnât come until our meal was almost done. We ordered the red sangria drinks and even those were horrible. They tasted like carbonated food coloring.

The ambiance is amazing. Not busy at all so didn't have to wait. Ordered Brachetta an it was fancy, but not filed with flavor. The spaghetti I ordered was ok, I love thick flavourful sauce and this was not. It's definitely a place to go for the vibe, not so much the food. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. Kenny's Italian Addison and Cafe Italia Grapevine are some great places.
I booked a 42-person dining experience with Buca Di Beppo via Andy the Operations Manager.The ease of booking is something to speak highly of. Andy was quick to respond to my inquiry and quickly replied to my emails.Another highlight was that I was able to book our event without putting down a deposit. I simply had to confirm the guest count 2 days before the event!Evening of the event: Our reservation was for 7:30 so everyone arrived between 7-7:15, and we were escorted to our section around 7:25.Two names I recall: Gallo & Priscilla! Gallo was our manager and facilitator for the evening and Priscilla was one of our main waitresses. There were two other associates whom names I didn’t get but they were more so handling the kitchen/prep/plating of our meals. Gallo and the three others took great care of us.Food: The portions are served family style & we ordered the GLORIOSO package which is 5 courses. Everyone was full and satisfied by the end of the evening. We were pleasantly surprised when Priscilla began to hand out to-go containers and bags.Overall, I have no complaints. Thank you Buca di Beppo - Park Lane, Andy, Gallo, Priscilla and the two others who made our family reunion formal dinner an amazing event.

Excellent service and amazing food! We enjoyed everything but the flies that continued visiting the table after the food arrived. Other than that we had a very nice time.
I read several negative reviews so was a little hesitant but our server Mike was amazing. The hostess at the front made sure our large party was seated right away and made small talk to everyone. The experience was top notch! We started off with a party of 17 but ended up with family showing up that we were not aware of. The hostess had no problem and found a way to sit them in a nearby table. We can’t think everyone here enough. Would highly recommend this location.
Booking through Open table wad amazing! And Bucca knocked it out of the park. Great food, no wait and an easy reservation. What more can you ask!?
I was ready to never return to this restaurant however my husband liked the Parmesan wings. We arrived, wasn’t greeted just put at a booth and the manager walked away. Well my husband doesn’t like booths but again before we could state that, she was gone. That’s how fast she left. So, we asked a waiter for another table. Low and behold, they put us right back at the table by the kitchen and all the traffic. The two servers assigned to us, well to say the least, not good. Priscilla was okay but the other guy (I forget his name) left us in limbo for almost everything requested. I don’t care if my husband desires anything from this restaurant, it’s a HEAVY NO, for me! Btw, the meatball appetizer was dry and without seasoning.
