We love Bread Zeppelin. Most importantly, Christiana - their employee, made it fun for the kids. She drew people figures for us to guess which sandwich belonged to one another and gave the kids a treat. She made our experience fun. Definitely put a smile on our face!
Wow - it tastes even better than it looks.
No picture necessary! This place has the best whatever you call it bread with tasty ingredients stuffed inside! Maybe I just like a good bread or good ingredients stuffed inside a bread without compromising the structure and texture of the bread. I will eat the sandwich (sorry the zeppelin) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. My fav choice is the Washington State, the blue cheese and crushed walnuts add excellent flavors and texture.
Yummy more upscale version to a salad spot! A little pricey, but well worth it!
I paid $31 for a soup and salad and received the wrong order. I called and they were to refund me. I didn’t receive my refund and tried calling the store. No one answers the phone. Over priced and poor service. There are better soup and salad places.
Needs some attention. Staff on their phones and talking among themselves when customers are looking to spend money. I understand the theory of staff shortages, but when there are three employees for three guests, just appear mismanaged and untrained to me.
Prior to my visit this afternoon, I had heard nothing but good about this location in the heart of Downtown. The concept of salad inside of a piece of bread sounds wonderful - but after my experience I won't be coming back! First off, the bread itself is insanely small - I expected so much more. It's child's sized in my opinion. I decided to go with the option of a bowl. I ordered the Washington & asked to add avocado. At first they made it seem as though that wasn't an option, but really it was but with an upcharge I definitely wouldn't have minded paying for. The salad itself was an old mix, surely not fresh. The pieces of lettuce were soggy & discolored. Once I was at check out I noticed the absolute lack of drink options. So odd for a location in Downtown near all of these higher end competition. Even the Subway around the corner would've offered more & at a fresher status. The young person that was handling checkout seemed to not know what to do at ALL which is pretty sad considering she was handling register during a lunch rush. She said the device reader couldn't "communicate with my card." I asked her to clarify if that meant declined, but she informed me she wasn't sure what it meant. I continued to run my card several times, the chip & even swiping. It didn't work. Weirdly enough, my friend with me who had ordered separately ended up with my salad in her bag - I wasn't sure if they had just given it to me but I don't understand why they would have if my payment wasn't going through. I was happy because who wouldn't love a free salad? But after taking just one discolored, old, smelly bite I was so repulsed. I threw it away as i left in disappointment. The place was being ran by what looked like teenagers, which isn't totally wrong but with a location with such a high traffic of people you'd like to think a manager would have been there to supervise the obvious mess that unfolded before me. I wasn't even greeted & the workers weren't friendly. I work in customer service myself so I know a kind smile or a "Hello" can go far. This establishment is T R A S H.
Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I eat at the one by my house on a regular basis. This location constantly messes up my order. I have emailed customer service multiple times about missing items from my order and never received a response. They also never answer the phone. Today I ordered yet again at 11:30 and it’s now after 1:00. No food delivery. No way to contact them. Love the company, but this location has taken far too much of my money with zero customer service. You’ve officially lost a customer this time.
What a concept. A salad inside a hollowed out loaf. Most are enough for two people. Much higher quality than national sandwich places.
Stuffing salad into a baguette is one of the best ideas ever. I always get the southwest chicken and it's always delicious.
