Store #256 (forest lane near marsh lane). We took my 80+ year old parents out for a 4th of July treat. This is the most filthy and disgusting Braum's i have ever visited. Sticky and dirty tables, floors and even the walls on the way to the restrooms had food on them! (I won't even comment on the restrooms as I'm trying to remove the images from my mind). After we asked to have our table cleaned, it was still dirty. Even the fronts of the bench seats were dirty with ice cream and fudge. We couldn't put our feet down at one table because there was melted ice cream mess. We ended up eating in our car. Shame on management!
I'm not sure if it was the getting the wrong size shakes that I bought, or having to pay extra for the right ones ( which didn't bother me) maybe it was just the fact that they charged me for both sets of milkshakes and I had to go back in and get a refund I'm not sure then again it could have been the fact that I paid for cheese on five little cheeseburgers get home to find out that I paid for cheese but they didn't put cheese on any of them!The drive-thru is slow the service seems to be stoned but overall when I went inside for my refund the inside did look pretty clean.Don't get me wrong Braum's Ice cream,was my first job.I will always love Brahms and truly love their chocolate marshmallow milkshakes,I just won't ever go back to that one.
It's five star fast food. Yummy place to eat. That was my first review, and it was 5 stars. Now I have to update. Went last night to get everyone milkshakes - 7 total. We were asked to pull forward where we proceeded to sit for about 15 minutes. Then when we get our shakes they aren't mixed properly - chunks of malt, solid ice cream hardly mixed with the milk.
They have very good ice cream among everything else that they serve and sell. But the one thing that I like most is that they have amazing prices.
Braum’s grocery section is always stocked and the people are attentive and nice. Plus, their dairy really is better than the rest.
Stopped by to get the number 1, a huge delicious Hamburger with their awesome fries and smooth strawberry shake. I will definitely go back. The drive Thru service was Courteous and Prompt.
For some reason many Braum's do not have very good burgers. But there are some that do, and this is one of them. Add that to their wonderful french fries (similar to Burger Box), their small but perfect grocery section, and of course their ice cream and dairy products gives them a well deserved 5 star review.

First time trying their burgers, was exceptional and very filling. Better fries than McDonald’s!! Always fresh food and grocery as well. By the way; their milk IS BY FAR THE BEST TO BUY RATHER THAN ANY OTHER GROCERY STORE.
Good experience. My only reservation was that many coworkers were not wearing masks. I know it's no required, but most other restaurants are still having their employees wear them. Staff wasn't too friendly, and since few masks were being used, nobody was smiling while serving customers . Food was prepared well, and for once, our order was finally prepared correctly .
