Under construction, under-staffed, lacking in both food quality and service. Love stopping by Braums, but will skip this location from now on.
The place is under construction so it looks really bad. The staff, at least the lady who waited on my husband and myself, had the personality of a wet noodle. I got the soft serve frozen yogurt and I know this doesn't sound possible but my ice cream wasn't even cold.
What a place. Delicious everything. Love their cheese they put on our burgers. My favorite is two Scoops of strawberry ice cream. It's better than blue bell, I promise.
From simply vanilla to decadent peanut butter cup, you have plenty of chances to discover something that satisfies your sweet tooth. They even have their own line of frozen yogurt that spotlights savory chocolates and swirled creamy flavors to tangy fruits. EnjoyMy only suggestion is with all their variety they might want to consider mimmicking more of a Norman Rockwell ambience with a Soda/Sundry shop filled with nostalgia: Little army-like beanies that evoke The Andrew sisters or Gomer Pyle, Mayberry, etc. That's just me. I love ice no matter what, but a really fun retro place to eat it makes it thrice as cool.
Not bad, not great. Just ok. Fries were cold, and the bacon on the chicken club was salty. So salty I had to remove it from the sandwich.
always good supply. asked if my 92 year old mother... on a cane...could get milk thru the drive thru.. said no. I understand, but it's tough on the elderly. I do not live close to her.
Food was fresh and very good, ordered a salad with grilled chicken. The staff are friendly and always willing to help you out. Will definitely visit again.
Homeless refugee place with mental issues..I care for thenm but once your dinning experience is bad, example: spitting on the table by crazy lady talking to herself and manager fully aware as several customers complained and she had a dont care atritude when told..just sad as customers left the store....I was told by employee that this crazy lady kept coming back....easy to fix...keep calling cops and this lady will either stop coming or get the help she needs but a manager that didnt even acknowledge the several clients in lobby with kids complaining is sad!!
I waited to checkout with my groceries for 10 plus minutes while employees walking around in the back area assisting drive through. There were no customers in line in the food area line. They looked up at me and never acknowledged me. I asked for assistance several times. I then asked for a manager on duty. Finally I think her name was Kyrhe came to ring me. She never apologized for the wait she only stated that the Cashier was taking out the trash. I explained that a customer should not have to wait 10 + minutes just to check out. Again she never apologized. She never uttered a single word. Not even a Thank You. I have been coming here for years and today was the worst customer service experience that I have ever received here. I put my things into the car and came back to ask for her name. I walked up to a cashier (Marilyn) and asked for the manager name and she asked me WHY! Wow unbelievable. I would really like to speak to your District Manager. This vist was unexceptable!!
