Me (Trenia) and my co-worker ( Regina) visited this Braum's, Friday morning to order 70 breakfast burritos and 20 sausage biscuits. It was only a few ladies in there but the district Manager didn't panick. She (Ms. MiCole) was calm and friendly. I like her personality and her work ethics. We work across the street at the City Of Dallas Sanitation Dept. We bought this food for the men we work with for Father's Day.
I have mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes service is great but more often than not, it's just terrible. I have been at the register ready to pay and no one is there to help customers check out. At one point I had to call the restaurant on the phone in order to have someone ring up my groceries. Today, after waiting in line for 10 minutes, the staff member at the register literally said "This is not my job, I'm leaving. I'll send someone else to do this," and walked off, leaving a long line of customers behind. The only staff members who provide satisfactory service is the morning crew.
This is the first time I actually walked into one and the employees were smiling and actual seemed happy and during lunch hours, that is rare. The shift manager Angel took my order and he was super kind, professional and very helpful. I really enjoyed my service they did great with customer service and huge bonus the bathrooms were stocked and cleaned. Great job store 185.
This is the best Braum's I've been to in Dallas. They are fully staffed and the staff works their hands off. I've returned three times. My kids love this place.
There is always an issue. The last time I went they were down to just 4 or 5 flavors of ice cream and no Bananas. Tonight the drive thru said the computer was down. Will not bother going back.
I'm giving this rating because I brought a couple of my Coworkers to lunch they treated me. One of the Combo Meals meat was too pink ? and my coworker is a senior citizen and Retired Vet. But, what really made the day was the Associate with the green apron and blonde hair. My friend asked if she was a Manager I told him no, she is just a great person giving the great ? customer service everyone deserves. And, this is my go to store, she saved me because I was saying that this location is good.

Really nice customer services, the lady there was very kind with my children and too really friendly they questions about the ice cream and thei different savors. We like it a lot.
The drive thru line was long, but worth the wait. My black forest sundae was a hit with my taste buds. My family enjoyed their sweet treats also.
