Food is good especially the frozen yogurt cones. Sorry, I had to take points away do to the unprofessionalism of the kids in there. Customer service skills aren't there. They don't say hold on, I'll be right with you: nothing. When I grew up we always had to acknowledge every customer. Say something as I stand in line for a good minute with no acknowledgement. I love Braum’s and have been coming here for years, but tonight was the worse costume service ever. Just terrible. The night crew didn’t care that I had to wait 15 min to get my sons cheeseburger and another 25 min on top of that because it wasn’t made properly. Unfortunately we are never coming here again.
I/We have been coming to this place since the 90's! Attending Dance Performances Mostly! It's An Intimate Space Where It Feels Like The Performers Are In An Expanded Living Room! It Feels Like a Home To Me!
This place has lots to choose from and the ice cream was delicious. I ordered a milk shake and my wife had a hot Carmel sundae. They were very tasty. The premise is fairly big with lots of seating. They also serve food including hamburgers. On site, is a dairy store if you need anything. This Braum's is located at 3602 Inwood Road Dallas Texas.
Braums ice cream tastes the way bluebell tasted back when I was a child. Love this tasty dessert. So many locations have closed and I wish they didn't
I love this place and the ice cream is delicious! It's wonderful seeing young men and women being trained on a job to provide excellent customer service and these days, actually coming to work-kudos to the owner!Today I visited Braum's and purchased a double scoop hot fudge sundae with pecans, whip cream and a cherry, and although Isiah asked me several times about my order, I actually didn't mind, because he gave me just what I asked for, unlike other establishments who rush to take your order and get it wrong. Isiah, the presentation was beautiful ? and my sundae was delicious! Will visit again soon!
First time at a Braum's.Burger was soggy and barely warm. Like it was made 4+ hrs. earlier. Wasn't able to eat more than 1/2, pretty gross.Had better from conveince store hot box.Fries were decent ish.
My man Joe hooked with up with the fattest scoops. He did make fun of me when I asked which milkshake flavours Braum’s offers. Turns out they will make you a milkshake from ANY of the ice creams. Go figure. Yup, I’m a fattie. I would recommend getting the large size for the milkshake. They don’t want you to know that they have it. But they do though.
I would've given 4 stars but upon ordering i asked for my #2 and #6 to be bagged separately, because I was doing one drop off. After I paid, I was asked to pull up and wait for my food, the separate bagging didn't happen and I had to wait for the guy to go back and bring me a bag to separate it myself. They were friendly though, but not too good on directions.
WONDERFUL AS ALWAYS, ESPECIALLY BEING HELPED BY A YOUNG LADY WHO I THINK WAS A FAIRLY NEW EMPLOYEE. MADISON WAS VERY SWEET AND UNDERSTANDING OF OUR LARGE FAMILY WITH MANY DECISIONS TO MAKE WHILE ORDERING. SHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND HER SMILE COULD BRIGHTEN ANYONES DAY, IT CERTAINLY DID OURS. SHE'S OFF TO A GREAT START! TELL HER THANK YOU, FROM OUR GRATEFUL AND VERY "TALL" FAMILY. I THINK SHE'LL REMEMBER THAT. GOOD JOB!
