The food is Not the same as it was back in the day. I was craving meatloaf and it taste and looked like potted meat. NO Thank You... The chicken was flavorless, I guess they have to be neutral in taste, to appeal everyone. My favorite was the cream spinach, it taste like water down spinach. NO Thank you.I did enjoy the fellowship with family.
The Boston Market of today is nothing like the Boston Market of 10-15 years ago. The number of menu items that are available to be ordered gets smaller and smaller each time I visit. On my last visit, I was informed that all menu items containing turkey products would be phased out in the near future. Turkey? Really? That's insane! Food quality has taken a pretty serious hit in recent years. It's unfortunate. This restaurant seems to be hanging on by a thread, sadly.
Do not order from them! I placed an online order at 3:00 pm that was supposed to be ready at 3:45 pm. Mind you I prepaid. They waited until 3:32 pm to call me to tell me they didn’t have what I ordered and offered to replace it with an item that is $7 cheaper. (What a scam; who would accept a replacement that’s cheaper than the original value? And no they did not offer a refund for the difference) I told them to cancel it. I am upset that they WAITED until I was on my way there to call me and say something. You wait less than 15 minutes to call on an order that takes 45 minutes! My order better be refunded or I will be contacting corporate.
Everything is good except the sirloin. It was not that good and overpriced
Ehhhhhhh. B M is getting pretty pricey! Although, the food is still good; $14 for half chicken and 3 small sides is a bit much. Eating out, rather than at home, is going to be a thing of the past!!! CHEERS!
The Boston market restaurant Vermont was very nice atmosphere as went into order. There were some guests waiting for food as they had ordered in the restaurant or did online ordering. This place has the Coke freestyle machine that allows you to have more drink beverage combinations or choices. The dining area has nice separated tables and carpet. The lighting is appropriate for the location.
I haven’t had any problems when going to pick up my order at Boston Market. The workers are always polite. They make sure that you have your correct order. The food is decent. I eat from Boston Market maybe every 4-5 months.
I haven’t been there in so long, I totally forgot how great the food case and the prices are even better! The staff is excellent!
My rotisserie chicken was not cooked completely this had to been a rush job totally disappointed at the Quality of food that Boston Market has served ?
They took your order online and your cash, but was closed yesterday, stealing customer's money. This is very scummy behavior. No phones either corporate or local are answered, no response here...EDIT: So the guy below asked for me to reach out, and I did, but I can only assume from his lack of response to me means that lying about being open, taking online orders, stealing your money, and taking weeks to issue a refund is the official Boston Market policy and their way of saying Merry Christmas. Spend your money at a company that is a lying, cheating, thieving house of evil.
