Second week in a row visiting this location to be let down. This week I ordered a cheeseburger well done and it was pink. When I told my waitress she must looked at me. I advised, "that is why I'm eating on a voucher today." Poor service and food. I'm convinced Boomerjacks has lost it's touch. Time I find me another chill spot. Burger literally pink on the inside I couldn't eat. Bit into it and immediately got sick to my stomach!
We visited this location 4.3.22.My brother & sister in-law recommended the chain after our visit to the Dallas Arboretum. My husband & I had never been to this particular chain before. We were not at all impressed.The service was REALLY bad. Had to ask for drink refills every time. Every single order had something wrong. Maybe the waitress was new? I'm not sure. We hardly saw her, tho they weren't busy at all. The food was not great. Bland, overly greasy, just overall underwhelming.The only thing that made the visit worthwhile was the company we kept. We enjoyed ourselves simply bc we were together. But nobody had anything nice to say about the visit. My sister in-law said "they're usually so much better than this. This location sucks." We won't be going back there.
Love this place. I'm here ALOT! but... its such a small place (nothing wrong with that) except that at least you can turn on the sound of the games. Mavs, stars, etc. And occasionally show some fights? MMA, Boxing.. something. Is the owner afraid of making money? On top of the fact that as of today 3/16/22 prices of everything here just went up. Alcohol specials included... gonna start looking else where to hang out. Gotta cater to your patrons. They are keeping you afloat.
This is my second time to come here and so far the folks are very nice and professional. They have gone past professional into personal in a good way . I am awaiting my food now so … I would cross my fingers but they seem like they know their stuff same as last time . I am sure the food will be wonderful just like the last time .. if not I will let everyone know with another review. I will also give another review if it’s over the top excellent . Ok? Ok… thanks
I love their wings! The burgers too! So flavorful. Nice chill place to go have dinner and drinks on Friday night.
Last time I got chicken it was almost raw meme didn't eat and I was sad that the food seemed lest crispy and in general wasn't God this ast time
Come here once a week and can’t complain. Only request is more speedy service at tables and please put CARROTS ? on the menu for us who order wings, it’s crucial!! ?

My experience here was great. The food was fresh and the service was good. It’s basically like a chilis, except the food isn’t reheated in a microwave.
