Food was just OK, its the vicinity of this BBQ that I went there after looking at so many reviews but was rather disappointed because the prime Brisket was dry for my taste, hot link sausages were not so good, only good meat item was burnt ends. The sides of Mac n cheese seemed stale however mashed potatoes was OK. I really anticipated that they may have some best brisket and sausages to try. May be I went their on weekday afternoon thus food may not be same as weekends. Bread was fresh.. the only side dish to like. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends
Disappointed-Usually I would give this place 5 stars, but wasn't the case today. I love Bone Daddy's, it's one of my favorite smoked meat restaurants in the DFW. Did a to-go order today. Very prompt service and the food was ready when I arrived, which I really appreciate. I ordered the 3 meat platter with 2 sides(hot links,peppered turkey,sliced brisket) like always. I get all the way home and realized the green bean container is warped, and the top is missing. I lift the bag and realize it has a rip in the side. Long story short, green bean juice spilled all over the bag and on the seats in my new truck.(Luckily it wasn't much).I usually don't make a big deal of these things because accidents happen so whatever! I finally got in after wiping my seats down,started eating my meal, and everything is bland and flavorless other than the baked beans(They were delicious!). I usually can't put my fork down, but today, I had to make myself take a few more bites to fill the hole in my stomach. I used to go Bone Daddy's Grapevine before it closed RIP...I recently spent my birthday at Bone Daddy's Arlington which had exceptional service and food as ALWAYS.... So Bone Daddy's Spring Valley if I'm going to spend $30 on one meal please make it worth it! Thanks!!
If you want real bbq, this is not the place! No flavor or tenderness to the meat. I felt like I was eating leftovers from two days ago. I honestly left there very disappointed. Their green beans are a joke out of a can, sprinkled with bacon bits. Their mashed potatoes are no doubt from a bag they just add water. No love is put into anything, waiters don’t refill your drinks, you have to ask for everything from silverware to the bbq sauce. I had to get up to the bar bc my son’s sprite never arrived. To make matters worse, table was sticky. Waste of my precious time and money!
Very Nice service from waitress & bartender. Wanted to try The smokin tailpipes but not a whole order, they had a single one available, $4 it was so good ? the blowtorch drink was really good too, sandwich okay needed more brisket and bacon ****I’ve actually gone back twice since my initial review and things weren’t as good, I was being served by the manager my first time so maybe that’s why it was so amazing. Last 2 visits have been okay
It was my first time ever at Bone Daddy and they started off good. I got the blackberry lemonade moonshine and it was delicious and quite frankly, pretty. I enjoyed it very much. My table ordered the chips and dip and the dip was very good and the chips were seasoned nicely, so I was surprised when I got my main order and it was barely seasoned. I got the burger that was meant to come with cheese, bacon, onions, tomato, pickles and BBQ sauce. It had everything, but the seasoning and the BBQ sauce. They had ran out that night, which should have been said from the beginning as they were very busy. My side orders were beans and rice. The beans were disgusting and tasted spoiled. The fries was the best thing I had eaten. Not a very good impression. My waiter was very confused and mixing up orders and cards. She didn't seem to understand our questions and served my mother food that she didn't ask for. She ordered the catfish, but she got something completely different which is false advertisement. It's unfortunate, but this wasn't a good first impression at all
