High class, quality ingredient, great sushi! Every roll we got was great, wonderful combinations of ingredients in all their rolls which made it hard to pick but don’t think you can go wrong! 9/10 Cannot add screenshots but the pictures are on my Instagram (@FatZachsFatSnacks) Only got sushi here so can’t speak for the rest of the menu.

We loved our visit! Our server Xane took excellent care of us and the food was wonderful. Sunday is all day happy hour, too! All the rolls were great, but our absolute favorite was the black tuna sashimi. Great meal!

Clubby atmosphere; not Japanese zen. Very good rolls and sushi. Shishito peppers were terrible. Overcooked mush. Wasabi was very good; ginger was tough and stringy. Seaweed salad was good. Service was great.

Great sushi here. Options for those that love raw sushi, cooked, and even vegan options. Sashimi and nigiri options as well. I had the “crunchy red” (a shrimp tempura dish and the Avo Kaluna.Good service.Clean space. Nice ambiance with bar space and tv forest Ching the game. Couches and a dining room. There is also outdoor seating.Asian culture in the decor.Overall a good experience and I will be back.

My friend and I were finishing up a project and in need of a drink so stopped by Blue Sushi Sake Grill. We got there during happy hour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Let me start out with the decor! It was colorful and vibrant and really fun stuff to look at all of the fun everywhere. Walking into the restaurant the bar is straight ahead and they had a lit mural wall with Godzilla that was pretty fun.In the dining room they had a acrylic piece that was backlit, it had cool geometric shapes, really gives a bold impact to the dining room. It was pretty cool, but sitting there admiring it I noticed a bunch of handprints all over it? Maybe someone should give it a good wipe down.It was a pretty steamy day to sitting outside was definitely not an option but they did have nice seating options on the patio as well.We ordered cold sake that the waitress suggested, it was really delicious and smooth and went down too quickly. We started with charred edamame which had an amazing flavor! It was spicy and packed with deliciousness. We also got the lettuce wraps that was served with bib lettuce, noodles, chicken, carrots, and cucumbers. It was accompanied with a delicious sauce. So good!I'm not a huge fan of sushi but my friend tried me on two different items. Unfortunately, I don't recall the name of them, but the one that was fried was actually pretty good. Our server was friendly and had great follow-up. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been to this spot twice and they do a pretty good job. The first time hit the best tbh. Sushi has been good both times tho; drinks as well. The first time was best bc the apps were ?. The second time we keep getting apps that were overcooked but it could have just been an off night… it happens. I would definitely recommend this spot tho. The waiter on the first go around were good and it was busy. The second time our waiter was kind of non existent and it wasn’t busy but it still was an overall good experience. I’ll definitely be back!

If you have sushi cravings this is the spot to go. Always fresh and always on point. Both Mckinney and walnut hill location is good to go. My advice is to plan ahead as their reservation books fill up fast.

Fresh food! Friendly staff! Clean restaurant!! Highly recommend!!

I come here casually but today (1-14-22) we had a male server with curly/wavy hair, never got his name, but he only attended our table once to get our order. I understand that there's occasional rush hours but at the time we visited the restaurant it wasn’t as busy, a decent crowed but not slammed. We didn’t get our food till an hour after ordering and the moment after we said something we immediately received our food by a different server, older male with a beard. I would have tipped that guy instead of the younger server with the wavy hair. Our rolls were warm for raw rolls and the rice was soggy. We usually order the fried ice cream after our meal but we didn’t want to risk waiting another hour.

All their sushi is wonderful but I’d highly recommend trying everything on their specialty menu! The Blue Kani, the Itchy Seabass and the Truffle Salmon are just a few favorites. Their food is delicious, their staff is sweet. What’s not to love?
