I usually have a good experience here but last week they did a terrible job. I don’t have time to correct them and my boyfriend paid so I didn’t want to make a big deal but I asked for gel pedi and they did regular polish. My french dip on my nails is horrible and uneven. I’m sure my boyfriend paid a lot and it’s unfortunate because I won’t be back.Services: Pedicures
Ella is fantastic ! I've been a regular customer for a year and I am constantly getting compliments on my nails even when I'm on my way to the shop to have them redone. My breaks are few and far in between and most of the time it's because I waited too long to go back in for a new set. If you need a pedicure with a true professional make an appointment with David. He's friendly thorough and did I mention he was thorough ? My feet looked so good after the cleaning and the paraffin wax that I didn't want to put the Polish on. I will consistently recommend this place to anyone who asks no question.
I would not go here. The man that did my nails used much too much pressure and too course of a nail file causing 5 of my fingers to bleed around the nail bed. After he proceeded to place the mail file that has blood on it back in his cart to be used again on someone else. I plan on researching who I need to place a report to, and will be calling promptly on Monday morning. Blood-borne illnesses are serious and cannot image the other dirty tools they’re using on other people. They also charged 5 dollars for basic, simple shaping. The gel nails themselves are thick, and don’t reach the cuticle. Only one drink per service, which is fine just wanted to make that note. I would not recommend, it’s not worth the risk of a serious illness.I did mention this to management and they were dismissive.Service: Gel manicure
Ella and David are amazing nail techs. Not only did they stay late to take my appointment but they made me feel comfortable and my nails look great. I felt like a Celebrity with the level of service they provided. 10 out of 10!!!!
I’ve been to this nail salon 3 times and this was the worst time ever!!! I had my toes polished and dip powder for my nails. The young lady that did both had polish around my toe nails, I had to ask her to clean it off. My dip was done messy, I still have dip on the back of my fingers where it dried up and she didn’t wipe it off, she wiped the front off, it was like she rushed my services to get to someone else. Will I go back?? Not sure ? I would advice treat people like you want to be treated. Good customer service goes along way. I normally give a $25 tip but this time I only gave $8.Service: Dip powder
I just wish they would require every costumer to wash their hands first. Slow to get your drink to you. They need a separate person for drinks, instead of your technician (maybe the person who checks you in). They could stand to do a detail clean on chairs and station. Other than that, the pedicures are great. Kevin and Hanna always do a very good job!
This nail salon did a beautiful job with our nails. But, there was a coupon online for 10% that we were told after we got there was only honored with both manicure and pedicure. So, after doing both the manicure and pedicure the guy at the counter only offered me a $10 off coupon for our next visit. We won’t go back here again. It’s false advertising. It’s the principle of the matter.
Let me start by saying the ambience is great. The place is beautiful and very nicely put together, but I was not satisfied with my service. I asked for no gel, but the young lady who did my nails (I can’t remember her name) kept insisting I get gel until I said yes. I spent way more than what I was expecting. Then, the gel lasted a week before it started peeling and chipping. The pedicure itself was also pretty rough and sloppy, almost like she was trying to get it over with. I went in for dip powder and while my experience wasn’t horrible, the quality of work I got was completely unacceptable. My nails turned out thick, bumpy, and inconsistent in shape.I went in the next day to try to get them fixed or get my $60 refunded and was told that they wouldn’t be able to assist me until much later and that I wouldn’t receive a refund. I believe that when you have a customer come in with the apparent problems I had, it’s should’ve been made a priority to get the problems fixed. Enjoy the $60 you made off of me, but I really hope I can make people reconsider before coming here.Service: Dip powder
The dip is so thick and uneven and I just wanted big multicolored circles… And this is what she gave me. She also messed up and mixed the colors which resulted in a mix of colors and she just left them. They also have very few color options. Would not go back nor do I recommend to anyone.Services: Dip powder
