Rude disrespectful attitude! Worst customer service ever…
Ordered my brother’s birthday cake for pick up May 1st three days ahead and we paid for the extra decoration as well as the cake. When we arrived on the day of for pickup, none of the workers knew where the cake was or where the order’s receipt was. They spent over 10 minutes looking for cake then they had to call management to inquire about the order. They told us they had no record of our PAID order that we placed IN- PERSON three days prior. Later, it turns out that one of the workers there had taken our order (Jessica) and she had put down May 16th instead of May 1st. We were already running behind the scheduled time for my brother’s birthday party with guests and there was no cake they could offer in replacement. We spent another 15-20 minutes there while the worker was on the phone with management trying to get our refund because we refused to get another cake in the shop. The cakes on display were smaller than our order (would not have fed the guests). Also, upon reviewing the order receipt, the person who took our order put down the wrong flavor. Cashew instead of plain vanilla, which in the end would have been unsuccessful because my brother is allergic to nuts… The workers when taking orders need to review EACH detail with the customers before finalization and when we call in before arriving for pick up, let us know if you have or do not have the cake!! We had to go through last minute changes without a birthday cake and they could not even offer a replacement or refund on the spot (took a couple of days to get into our account because management needed to approve). Baskin Robins is our family tradition for birthdays, but we will not be coming to this location again.
Conor was very rude simply asked for a freeze he tried to make it with a club soda and I explain to him that’s not the correct way to make and then got attitude about the situation. I used to work at basket Robbins in 08-09 and he is not upholding to company standards…
What could be better to cool you off than a delicious scoop of ice cream? I visited this location on Father's Day and had to wait while the attendant put the finishing touches on another customer's ice cream cake but that gave me extra time to peruse their current selection. It was down to Triple Mango or Nutty Coconut until I sampled Triple Mango. It was love at first taste! The interplay of creamy and tangy flavors is exquisitely unique to this one. I highly recommend it and the service was fast and friendly. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they do not allow indoor seating. Come on, BR-summer is here and most everyone is vaccinated. Let's put Covid-19 behind us all ready! By the way, no one was wearing a mask so what's with the closed indoor seating? In all, a wonderful way to beat the heat.
Horrible customer service. Unfriendly and rude. I won’t be coming back. Howdy Ice Cream very close and super friendly - go there instead.
Employee tried to fight a customer as a customer left the building cause customer was not able to wear a mask due to medical issues. Really unprofessional of the staff. I also heard the customer call the customer a fing ho. This happened around 930 tonight craziness I won’t be bring my family back here. Unsafe and just crazy
Our favorite place to get our ice cream cakes from. Cakes are not expensive and have awesome cake decorating. Cakes are delicious the ice cream is yummy.

This Baskin Robbins delivered! I asked for a message and they added to it all on their own and it looked amazing. I also ordered the cake the night before and got it before my scheduled time. Will absolutely go back to this Baskin Robins! Whoever works there and did the design, you really out did yourself. Thank you very much!!!
