Two days in a row I came into this particular store because it’s right next to a salon I go to. The first day I came in the female employee who was working was unfriendly to say the least. I thought okay…maybe she was just having a bad day, totally understandable as everyone has their bad days.My opinion has completely changed after coming back the second day with the same rude employee with a horrible attitude. I rarely leave reviews and when I do, they’re positive ones. Unfortunately this is not one of them.I won’t be returning to this location.
Night a $45 cake so that they could call me and confirm how I wanted all details ok the cake for them to still do it wrong and give me an attitude when I let her know what was wrong. Never coming to this store again.

For starters I was called a liar about my order placed online through door dash. I explained the 2 items I purchased, a large milkshake and 1 pint of ice cream. The young lady said no that’s not what the receipt says. She’s places me on hold and someone else get on the phone. Stating “ooh your ice cream is here.”Yet, 2 minutes ago I was a liar. I asked if it could be delivered. She’s places me on another hold and tell me, “No, you can come and pick it up.” What’s the point of placing an order online for delivery?So I paid $18.38 for a milkshake!!! Wow, I asked for my name to be written down. After Amy (if that’s her name name) giggled with associates in the back ground. I didn’t get an apology or anything, or at least a re do on your next visit.I asked for a manager and I was told she isn’t here until tomorrow. Then I was yelled at and told, “WE DON’T GIVE FREE ORDERS OUT MA’AM!PRETTY MUCH I WAS ROBBED BECAUSE I WILL NEVER VISIT A STORE LIKE THAT AGAIN WITH LITTLE RUDE ASSOCIATES!
I ordered a cake for my boys birthday party. Only to show up today and be told that it was not made. Never even got a call or anything to get notified!!!!
Wife went to go pick up my daughters cake just to be told that no one was there to make the cake even though it was ordered days in advance and we even called to make sure the online order was submitted it is now 3pm and no gave us a call to tell us about the problem so we could of found another cake
Baskin-Robbins smelled so ? when we went it. I had the Gold Metal vanilla, chocolate and carmel it was so good the works were extremely nice it was four of us I spent 25 dollars is it worth yes every once in a while
Ice Cream is good as always but the shop and the service is terrible specially that arrogant kid who is always pretending to be handling online only orders and the ditsy girl!
