I’m just a 7 year local who stopped by one day in June 2022 and I’m glad I did. Immediately became a place that embraces you like family. I stopped to get lunch and order one of the best bacon cheeseburgers and tots.Kimmie ”forgive spelling” amazing bartender remembered me by name two weeks later asking if I wanted the same order! I now visit regularly for lunch even if it’s togo because of her and I’ve lived walking distance away for 7 years. She’s a weekly daytime bartender that gives a damn.Chelsea “forgive spelling” and Dave bartenders at night… these two rockstars lost their bar back for a family reason and thrived on a busy Friday night. Everything guest served quickly, and politely with a smile. Those two were slammed and just smiled and made sure every guest was happy.I would have been livid if I was them, but Dave and Chelsea just smiled and didn’t even complain to each other. They sucked it up gave the guests a great experience and have sold me on being a regular. Wish I had known this 7 years ago, but for anyone who reads this…. Wherever you’re fromGo. The people on staff make you feel at home from day 1
The Barley House is a great spot to listen to live music and watch sports. My group ordered drinks and food. The food tasted okay but, we will just stick with apps and drinks next time.

I appreciated the hospitality the staff and customers presented me here. I would definitely recommend The Barley House to anyone visiting Dallas

(Prior to 9) friendly staff, quality burger, iconic name and location. Drink prices aren’t great off off happy hour, 5-7 per beerSub par parking and the games are in the corner so they feel excluded from the rest of the community
Great atmosphere, clean and friendly people. Small parking lot but goes with the area. Didn't try the food.
Bandolero is a great good-time band. Barley House is a great place to grab a bite and hear some music.
Great music, live bands. Great service. Pizza & guacamole was awesome
