Sunday [email protected] Bar Louie was a first & last experience. The drinks were good & the food was decent but the wait staff was so unprofessional!! After biting his nails we saw a waiter take a straw & sample a customers drink before it was taken to their table which was totally DISGUSTING & UNACCEPTABLE. Another server was eating fruit from the bar. Others were talking loud & exchanging profanities...The entire wait staff needs retraining. Never again.
2 stars for decent service from the wait staff at the bar. But it took nearly an hour to get fried pickles.Haven’t even gotten the fries yet that I ordered with it.I’d visit only if they hire more chefs, because the wait time was too much for such simple food.maybe try another location. I’ve gone to Bar Louie in different location and haven’t had this issue before.
Sandwiches are big and tasty. French fries and tots were fresh and ranch looks was refreshing. Looks like most people come here for drinks but we stuck with water. We got chicken parm and babalouie and a veggie flat bread
I'm happy to report that we had good service again. It's my 4th time to meet former colleagues here. Happy hour lasts until 7 pm, which allows enough time for us to gather from as far north as McKinney & as far south as Waxahachie. The food is delicious. I enjoyed thre bourbon bbq burger with sweet potato tater tots and the Diva.
Me and my partner came in today for a couple of drinks and the staff were great. I don’t usually leave a review but this place made a wow factor. They made us feel very comfortable like it was a neighborhood bar where everyone knows who you are. Our main bartender was Abel but everyone to the bar back were always asking if we were fine. Definitely going to come back with friends as a hangout spot. Try The Star drink, yummy ?
Went here on a date recently and got the Buffalo Mac & Cheese. It was so delicious! Also got some drinks and some donut holes. The drinks were definitely not watered down and the donut holes were hot and fresh! The service was really good at well. The waiter was extremely nice and prompt with his service. Overall, I had a really good time and I'd definitely go back soon.
Man I had A great time with Natalie behind the bar this morning! Great service, fantastic food and drinks and food Atmosphere. I’m a new regular for sure
The first time we went here we had a great experience. Last time however, was not the case. We sat at the bar and got a good first round of drinks only to be ignored for the next hour and a half. We kept trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. We ordered a second round of drinks (there was three of us) and after waiting over 30 minutes I finally had to track down the bartender who was sitting on her phone to get our tab. I ensured that we were only charged for the drinks we received which wasn’t an issue since she apparently never even rang them up. We will not be back.
Dustin is great! Courtney is awesome! Transparency - I love being able to see the scrumptious food Bar Louie offers. It just makes my mouth water to see it come from the kitchen to my table. Clean & delicious. ?
This was my first time visiting this establishment and it was absolutely delightful. The Winter Punch was refreshing and the avocado toast was delicious. I hear they have a great happy hour and I plan on getting some girlfriends together and checking it out. Thank you Dustin for your hospitality. You are a gem.
