It used to be amazing. It’s not that they are on a limited menu it’s that the prices have increased and the quality has went way down. It’s disappointing to order dish that literally came with two ingredients. I use to rave about this place but after trying it twice in the last month I won’t be back. Do better.
Decent airport food. Well priced. Not many choices. The dine-in vs self serve was a bit confusing and not greatly different service levels

Food and service was decent for being in the airport, for a placed called “Banh Shop” though… Expected actual Banh. Not sure if this is due to COVID or not. They also appeared to be out of nearly everything. Wait wasn’t the best either, took about 30 minutes.
Wowzers!!!To the manager of this Banh Shop on 4/8/22, you are my favorite today. I just got to my gate and ate my chicken soup and I'm in heaven! I also sampled the steak fire banh bowl which tasted fantastic and I just have to say your employee is wrong and you are right! This chicken soup is fierce.I'm very surprised by the quality of this food. The broth is complex and not overpowering, the noodles have great texture and consistency, and even the side of sushi that I got is pretty good!Super impressed! This is probably going to be my only stop in DFW from now on. Thanks!
Not good… Sat down, asked for a minute to look over the menu and think about a beer, the employee said there was a 9 dollar minimum and that I had to order something or leave. He gave me about a minute to think, I decided to leave, I did not like being rushed :/
For airport food, it wasn't that bad. I think it was called the Spicy Bowl with Chicken.
The best airport food I have ever had! Great flavors, generous portion, and the service was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Wasn't bad.... Wasn't the best. Spicy tuna roll was better than the rice bowl. Service was friendly and priced decently.
IT was probably my worst experience in Texas.We are from Spain, traveling around TEXAS for 2 months. We are paying ABSOLUTELY everything with our 3 VISA credit cardsThey refused to serve us and told us in front of everybody our cards were all bad. We had to give back our food. WE ATE NEXT DOOR .
