Not terribly friendly team on Saturday evening, but amazing ice cream. Smuckers sundae topping on display but no sundae options? Weird... And what a rude cashier when I asked. Oh well, the Coffee & Oreos ice cream was AMAZING.
Great place, nice environment, good location. One of the best ice cream I have had. Great for this hot days, I promise you having an ice cream here will make you forget about the high temperature outside.
Eeh..it was dirty and tables were chipped and wobbly. Iced black tea was just water in cup (needs to be stored in a separate container too, tasted like jasmine.) The blue ocean sorbet was almost chemically coconut-y.
Their marketing is on point, however the ice cream itself its incredibly greasy. I could not even finish my scoop because it was just not enjoyable. The staff was very sweet and the place was very nice tho.
This place was awesome! We got a flight of 6 different flavors to try. The cones are larger than I thought they would be so it was more ice cream thank I thought, but so good! The salted caramel flavor slaps!
Great experience at Baldo's! The staff is warm and welcoming. Received a great recommendation for the Brown Sugar Oat Milk iced latte. Would highly recommend! I'm not from Dallas, but will certainly stop by again when I visit!
Awesome selection of ice cream with a ice balance of creamy ice cream with toppings mixed in. The 6 of us had Frosted Flakes, Banana Nut, Cookies and Cream, Mocha Chip, Vanilla Brownie. If we’re back in Dallas, we’ll be stopping again! ❤️
If you are in the area and looking for really good ice cream, this is it! Salted Caramel was one of the best I have ever had.
Ice cream is good only when eaten in a cone. If you eat it with a spoon, it leaves behind a copious amount of oil. Haven't had the coffee but I'm fairly confidant that it doesn't hold a candle to Starbucks, which is literally down the road.
Just left Baldo's with my girlfriend, great experience. Everyone was nice. It was a calm, relaxed environment, which can be a hard find for ice cream places. Got the flight and cookie skillet, both were delivered very quickly and both were delicious. Will definitely be back.
