Wish I had read the reviews before going to this place. Had a worst experience. Initially they were not ready to give us a table though we have already made a reservation over the phone. The conversation went like this after reaching there -"Staff saying we don't think we accepted any tables from you guys".After a lot of discussion they agreed to give us a table. We also asked if we could get table games as they were giving out to everyone and one of the staff members said "its heavy so you can carry it out for yourself"And our group has paid money for the wishes like every other group in the bar did. The staff has wished every group with fireworks and goodies and when our turn came they said they don't have enough staff(though they received payment early)This was by far the worst experience we have ever had and manager supporting all of this.
Nice environment. Call me cheap but $40 for a Long Island (that wasn't even strong taste straight like sour mix, no buzz or anything) and double shot of crown is a bit much. I'll come to hang but give my money to another bar before I come.
My girl friend forgot her purse inside the bar and nobody wanted to give it back to her . They just kept saying to come back tomorrow. We tried to explain that inside the purse she had her house keys and we had no additional keys to go inside the house. They just didn’t care and they were extremely rude.Last but not least, once you close out your tab make sure you check your receipt because they charge all kinds of weird fees.First and last time visiting this place.
I loved this place! The atmosphere was wonderful. I would maybe turn down the music just slightly so I could hear my friends talk but other then that I had a great time.
I usually rave about this place as one of my favorites in Dallas. Today I had a bartender charge me for 4 green tea shots because she misheard me say I wanted to order 4 drinks (we ordered 2 cocktails and 2 beers, so shots were a completely different drink). When I tried to explain the confusion, she denied the situation and proceeded to snap back and say“you ordered those, don’t know what to tell you” and then blew me and m party off. I usually love coming here because of the great atmosphere and typically top notch service, but to not even be able to try and resolve the issue or even apologize and make the change was incredibly unprofessional.Have been a loyal patron for years but cannot support a place that harasses a customer over a simple misheard order. Hoping someone can right this wrong, as I have had so many good experiences here, but have only had one this unpleasant to deem a review.
Had a great time during the St. Pattys day bar crawl. Bartenders were friendly and made great drinks. Large open space with lots of bar games/arcade to play. Great for friends and coworkers!
Group private event, food was dry and bland. Margaritas were inconsistent. Glad someone else was paying the tab.
Free games and half apps on Wednesday. Charges $1 for ranch for your wings and it’s not even hidden valley. $16 for a double. Not sure what this “processing fee” is. Like come on.
Attended a large group event here recently and had a great time. Tons of games (basketball, punching bag, beer pong, ping pong, air hockey). All of the servers were very friendly and had a some great food (sliders, chicken, brisket, mac & cheese. Live band (The Jukebox Heroes) were also great. Highly recommend this place for a corporate event.
