Best ribs in Dallas, Texas. Been coming here for over 40 years. Everyone has retired and the new generation has continued the same flavors that made this place so popular. I come here once a month to pick up 2 to 3 slabs of ribs. Their prices are better than all the rib joints in town. Everyone is always super nice. I love this place.
Outstanding customer service. I was buying for a group and not sure how much to get. They helped me get the meat, bread, potato salad, baked beans and deviled eggs. It was extremely well priced. Of course the food was delicious!
I have been eating at back country bbq since the first day they opened their doors many many years ago. It does not matter... the consistency, flavor, value, atmosphere is always at its best. Tender, smoky bbq brisket is always a perfect choice. The smoked turkey will melt in your mouth. In 40+years I have never had anything remotely disappointing. If you want great bbq at a great price, this is the place for you. Best bbq in Texas hands down!!!
Food was ok. Mac and cheese was gross. Baked potato casserole was gross. The brisket sandwich and baked potato with pulled pork were both okay. The service was good though, but probably won’t be back.
Been here twice and it's always on point. Staff is amazing and knows how to make you feel welcome. I'll be back soon guaranteed. Please keep up the great work
Back Country BBQ delivered the goods... via GrubHub. The food was delivered on time, and was still warm. The food container was nice.I had a pulled pork sandwich with 2 sides. The pulled pork was more like chopped pork, but it was delicious and smoky. The hot sauce delivered a good degree of heat. And, the sauce was in a small container on the side... just the way I like it. The BBQ beans were delightfully piquant, smoky, and had a little heat of their own. The baked potato casserole was a very filling side. It had a spice I could not identify... kind of warm and earthy... very tasty, and complimentary to the BBQ. (Was it just toasted potato?) My only regret is that I didn't order peach cobbler.
Ribs where not tender I specifically asked is there cayenne pepper in the green beans I was told no and it was . All meats where dry the bbq sauce was way off the food was not bbq no smoke no flavor no seasoning like salt and pepper or even onion powder and the potato pie should not be sold?
I ordered a pork rib sandwich and I got 3 small bone in ribs on a bun. I should’ve gone to Mc Donalds and ordered a Mc Rib Meal for 10.00 less.
