The staff, the flavors, and the quality are outstanding! I ordered a pint of vegan cookie ice cream on UberEATS when they only had a half pint. When the order arrived, there was a half pint of the flavor I ordered plus a handwritten note explaining the vegan cookie ice cream situation; a 1/2 pint of vegan mango sorbet and a cup of complimentary chocolate sprinkles had been added. <3<3<3
Love this place. Worth waiting on line for this dessert. Got to try the Dallas and also the Miami location.
Amazing flavor!! I tried twice (coffee with Oreos and pineapple with rum) I couldn't be more happy with the choice. Frankly speaking the chocolate cone seems to me not as fresh I expected but pretty good generalizing.
I always take my daughter to get ice cream here when we are in the Bishop Arts area. The staff is very friendly. They let you sample ice cream. I got the Nutella ice cream and it was very good.
Ice cream is fairly tasty and the waffle cones are good but customer service is lacking. The servers let another couple cut right in front of us and didn’t say anything to them about where the line was at. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if it didn’t take so long to scope some ice cream. Wait time seem to quite long for a place that strictly serves just ice cream without really mixing toppings in with it.

Really great ice cream shop with lots of different flavors. We were allowed to sample as many as we liked. Excellent customer service. I’d happily go back!
It was a hot, sunny day. People were craving for ice cream. We decided to go over to Azucar, which was packed with people. They have different arrays of ice cream and I chose one of my favorites: red velvet. The red velvet has these sweet crunchy Oreo cookies. The interior has this sort of “vibe” and I love their waffle cones and toppings. Amazing place. If you’re in the area, come here!
Azucar is a great ice cream shop!! Ive been looking for a new ice cream shop, and this is in a great area. The flavors are changed daily and each time ive gone there is a new one that blows my mind.Waffle cone was warm and fresh, not stale like most places.I got the chocolate cherry and raspberry sorbet. Both were fantastic. They had girl scout cookie flavors this time. Yum! Very creative.
