I ordered an omelette and a waffle online. When I get there my order was given to someone else and instead of them remaking my order they decided to wait until the person brought back my order... That was very upsetting.... also who ever made they omelette clearly never made one before or was never properly taught I literally have a egg made with a scrambled batter and other ingredients thrown on top after the egg was fully cooked... So an egg taco is what I have...
Pretty much mediocre breakfast/brunch location. Service was below average. Nice aesthetics inside. Iced coffee was very good. This location isn't called the Egg & I anymore, but called Awake.
We tried out this breakfast place over the weekend and had a good experience. The food was good, the location is convenient, the atmosphere was cute and clean. We didn't have to wait to be seated and we didn't wait very long to get our food. Our server was nice but she didn't refill our drinks. The service was good overall. My husband ordered the French toast. In the pic, it looks like just one slice but he got two slices of toast. He also ordered some regular toast on the side, which was good. I ordered the bacon avocado scramble with fruit and it comes with an English muffin. It all tasted fresh and high quality.
Servers and vibe were good. But the food quality was disappointing.
No idea how this place has high rating! Everything there is way less than average except their prices. I went there around 12.30 for the second time just to give it one more chance. There were only few people. The coffee was warm and tasted terrible! Room temperature water to drink, AC in the place was partially on! Our waitress was not good (forgot the utensils and never refilled our water glasses even tho we asked her). My side potato was dry and felt like it was either reheated or badly cooked! This is the first place I have ever been to that serves half slice of croissant when you order one! Not impressed at all and never coming back again.
I've been wanting to try this place for a while and they did not disappoint. The service was great, they were super friendly and accommodating. The food is super delicious and the coffee is strong which is something you can't say about every breakfast place lolDefinitely coming back to try the mimosas and other food options ?
The standard breakfast. The pomegranated Mimosa was very flat and lacking flavor. Our waitress seemed disinterested and uninviting while tending to our table. We had to keep asking for the bare essentials (water, napkins, silverware). However the strawberry and Banana pancake was absolutely delicious.
Great food and great service. Everything came out fast and hot and the staff was very friendly
My friend and I decided to try this place out for breakfast, it was our First time and We loved it. My Croissant and Egg with a side of fresh fruit was delicious. She had Eggs Benedict with potatoes and also enjoyed her meal, plus 2 delicious mimosas. Our server Jessica was so nice and very attentive. The Atmosphere was very cool and artsy. I will be back for sure.I do recommend you stop by and try their food and drinks.
Food was great and our server made us feel at home.
