Paradise for Pretzel lovers. I am usually apprehensive about these chains that have small boutique shops in airport. But this one is an exception.Great food, great people in a very busy airport. You may have to wait a few minutes, if you ask for a specialty item like Jalapeno Pretzel, but they will make it and ensure your wait is worth it.
four star service(because they were out and i had to go till they baked them, everything else was good. -5 stars because the location was wrong, which made me walk half an hour to an hour looking for it according to google maps location which was wrong

my total was 9.41 and gave her 10.41, expecting a dollar back in change. but the cashier started being very rude and saying i gave her the wrong change... they need to teach them how to count... food was good but experience was horrible.
The cashier was very rude. I asked her for a straw she said 89 cents. WTH. I have never been asked to pay for a straw ever in my life. Every other location I have been given a straw. She forgot my cheese cup I told her it was not in the bag she continued to argue that it was. Very poor customer service. She then laughed and walk away. Please get new cashiers. They do not talk friendly with customers.
