When I go to DAL, I stop here before or after a flight. They are always nice, have fresh pretzels, and are attentive. I cannot think of a time that had unacceptable service here. I look forward them every time I'm at the airport.
Pretzel was old and hard
Save your frustration.There's 2 staff, neither one wants to work. They are very rude and nothing is stocked. 3 of us ordered cinnamon bites. Waited 20 minutes. And she brought us all regular bites and said oh that's what I made it will take 15 minutes for other stuff. One lady just took it and walked out rest of us waited another 30 minutes and left.
By far the worst auntie Anne’s.Rarely stocked, and give false timeframes for food readiness.Disappointing
